Dr. Walczak and his team were amazing when my newborn daughter needed to have her lip tie released. He was so good with working with a squirming and unhappy baby and nervous mama, but made the procedure as quick as possible, and we were soon on our way. He is the only provider in the area who performs frenectomies with a laser, which to me seemed much gentler than other ways. We received follow up calls from both him directly as well as one of the assistants to check if we had any questions or concerns. They gave us a 10% discount as he was not in my insurance’s network, which was super appreciated.
