I have been going to Dr. Jailan for over 4 years now, and I clean my teeth with Evette. The front desk staff are very helpful and knowledgable with insurance claims and issues.
The doctor is so sweet and has the lightest hand. you will never feel worried when you are in her care. The doctor’s assistant is also very careful with her work and tries to make you as comfortable as possible.
Their technology is impeccable and they accept almost all insurance!
Evette works magic with cleaning, she truly is very diligent with her work and completely ethical about what is really wrong with your teeth.

I’m unbelievably happy to have chosen Potomac Falls Family Dentistry as my new dental office. I’ve probably been to 5 or 6 different dental offices in the area since I’ve lived in the DMV and I was blown away by every aspect of my experience at Dr. Abdelrazek’s office.
I called and spoke to Yvette to book an appointment and was able to be scheduled later on in the day because of a last minute cancellation. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Tina and she quickly confirmed my insurance info and within a few minutes I was led by Yvette to have X-​rays taken.
Yvette is a pleasure to deal with… She was even more helpful in person than she was on the phone. She is the dental hygienist at this office and her experience really shows. Yvette always made me feel at ease by explaining everything she was doing as she was doing it. Her knowledgeable tips and her light touch are unmatched. Yvette’s focus was gums and oral hygiene in general. After she was finished, I was taken to another room to be seen by Dr. Abdelrazek.
Dr. Abdelrazek was such a sweetheart. She really has a gift for making you feel right at home. Dr. Abdelrazek checked my mouth for cavities (Unfortunately there were quite a few :(… and some of my old filling were falling apart) and did a full cleaning. She asked me what my dental goals were and asked questions about my pain tolerance in order to get a feel for how to set-​up treatment. Her pronounced interest in my dental welfare was undeniably genuine and her expertise is very apparent.
Next I had a quick 10 minute sit-​down with Tina to schedule my next appointments. Because of the large number of cavities, the doctor and I decided to do my fillings over 2 different days. One of those days I would also meet again with Yvette for a follow up for my gum care. I also had shown interest in whitening and we made an appointment for the following week for ZOOM whitening. Tina was extremely helpful and provided a printout of my treatment plan. We went over cost of each future appointment (My Cost + Cost Insurance Will Cover) and she was super transparent assuring I had no unanswered questions. Ultimately, I walked out with a welcome folder that had all the info I could possibly need (Treatment Plan, Statement of Services, Future Appointments, FAQ’s, Practice History and Contact Info)…
I’ve never been a fan of the dentist’s office but I can honestly say I left that day looking forward to my next appointment. This office is comforting, welcoming and the staff makes this practice easily the best in the area. I can’t rave enough… Thank you ladies for welcoming me to the family!

My Hours Are Not Dentist Friendly
It is amazing how easy it is to ignore a problem. And ignore it I did! Until one day, I realized — I’m not chewing with any of my back teeth…
So I went in search of a dentist. Normally this search is pretty easy but my current job takes up A LOT of my week. I was limited to a dentist who could meet my hours, and that’s not necessarily a dentist anyone wants!
I actually made a few calls to see if some «highly rated» dentists would make an exception and come in a mere 30 minutes early for me. But they simply replied with their stated hours.
Then I found Potomac Falls Family Dentistry, which opened at 7 am (can you imagine?) two days of the week. I thought, «Why not?»
It’s almost an understatement to say they are friendly. 7am, this dentistry is almost cheerful I would say. But the best part is that the dentist not only listens to you, but she also reads your body language. I’ll admit, my teeth are sensitive to drills! But I will suffer the consequences to get them fixed. This doctor will make sure your teeth are fixed pain-​free. No curling of toes, no eye-​squeezed shut.
They never make you feel like an outsider, and chat with you like you’re part of their family. They did two root canals, two crowns, and an embarrassing amount of fillings on me. And I would go back to them any month of the year.

Great experience. favorite dentist to date. I plan to keep going to her. Her and her staff both warm and knowledgeable. I found her very thorough and a concise communicator. I’m transferring my daughter to her care next week.
