I would give them 5 stars for price and quality of cleaning BUT we are very frustrated when we try to contact the company and don’t get replies. They have kept the pool very clean, they clean the deck each and every time, the technicians are very good and friendly.
The downside, we never get an answer when we call, which is ok, but we reasonably expect a call back or return text or email. Nope, doesn’t happen.
They forgot to come this week (first time they have missed in a year) and we cant get a response. I think the company would be «perfect» if they communicated better.
It is frustrating to feel ignored.

Great company, they were easy to work with. The opened my pool and they also do the weekly maintenance, Kelsy Trumble works in the office, she is great and has great customer service.
