Description

Specialties

The only contemporary Korean and Cajun restaurant serving Northern Virginia. From our signature handcrafted cocktails to our made-from-scratch menu options (yes, we make our own bacon, sausage, breads, kimchi, and banchan) we exist for one reason — to deliver a culinary experience unlike any other. We are not a fusion restaurant, but instead focus on the nexus between two of the great world cuisines.

Eat. Drink. Explore.

History

Established in 2010.

Mokomandy is a casual fine-dining restaurant based upon the marriage of a Korean-American man to a Cajun woman and the family, food, and friends created along the way. The featured menu is a harmonious collaboration of modern Korean, Cajun, and American food without fusion or loss of authenticity.

Executive Chef Daniel W. Stevens and team expertly prepare every plate, drink, and item at Mokomandy. If you have any special requests, please feel free to ask your Server as all food and drink is handcrafted and easily modified. Gluten-free? No problem!

Customer service is most important to us. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our facilities and amenities, as evidenced by our hand sanitizing system. If you have an experience short of remarkable at Mokomandy, I invite you to inform us immediately. We promise to rectify the issue and would like the opportunity to improve your visit before you leave.
