I was very pleased with both Dr. Kapoor’s appointment for glasses and contacts evaluations and her selection of eye glass frames. She spent a lot of time with me discussing my needs with contact lenses to help me decide which brand was right for me. That’s really hard to find at other «one-​stop-​shop» opticians like For Eyes, etc. She also has a great selection of stylish, modern frames to choose from in her office, which makes the process of selection easy. Her staff have been very helpful and I plan to go there from now on.

All right — after couple of visits, here is my observation:
Pros —
— Doctor is open to work with you
— small business (easy appointments)
Cons —
— Not good bedside manner
— Not clear about charges ahead of time
— Billing errors
Most likely I wont go back.

McLean, VA
Best place I have found to get vision checked. Small office, but doctor’s know what they’re doing and take the time for each and every patient. Same great service as a big office boutique, minus the hassle. Dr. Kapoor and her staff doctor have been seen me and I have been satisfied with my results. Repeat appointments for follow ups when anything doesn’t feel right is always accepted.
I should have chosen them when I began wearing glasses and contacts and saved myself much frustration and pain.
