This review is long overdue.
James installed our Sonos system at our home in Ashburn shortly after we moved in back in July 2014. In addition, he installed our new flat-​screen TV — coming up with a custom solution that worked perfectly.
He also did some troubleshooting on our CAT-​5 ethernet and installed wi-​fi routers throughout the home.
Last but not least, he managed to resurrect the in-​home speaker system which had been dormant for 5+ years. The home came equipped with ceiling mounted JBL speakers in 3 rooms, but the previous owner never managed to get them working. James removed the antiquated /​non-​functioning receiver and equipment from our media closet, and replaced it with a Sonos system — and breathed new life into those JBL speakers. Now we enjoy Pandora, iTunes, etc throughout the home.
James is amazingly resourceful, shows up on time, does great work, and always can be counted on to return a call. His professionalism and attention to detail are beyond reproach.
We’re doing a porch, deck, and pool addition right now, and I will be 100% calling James to help with our outdoor hi-​fi /​wi-​fi needs.

James was referred to me by a friend of mine back in January when I was looking for someone to help me install a home theater. I am not a audio/​video expert, so I had a few installers come and provide different quotes, but it always felt like they were not being honest with me, and I always found cheaper quotes on the same components in sites like Amazon. This is when I emailed James based on my friend’s recommendation. He was very prompt with his response and we set up a time to meet after I got home from work. James came, listened carefully to what I wanted to do, agreed to work within my price range and was very flexible with his schedule. He was up front about the pros and cons of the devices I planned on using, and gave me candid feedback when he had to. This was not a cheap project, but I ended up with a very nice home theater, thanks to James. I wanted to wait a few months after the install before writing any reviews, just in case.
I highly recommend James to anyone who may want something as basic as a TV install to a complete home theater set up. Definitely someone to use for all your audio/​video needs!

I’m so happy that I was referred to James with JSistems. We have a restaurant in the Ashburn Village Shopping center and had been dealing with issues between Verizon and Comcast all day, very frustrating! I contacted James to come over and resolve some last minute network issues we were having with our camera system, etc. James literally came to the restaurant as soon as I called him. He is very knowledgeable & friendly. He got our camera system back up and running in no time. Later we will have him come back to set up a guest network for our guests. we had already mounted our tv on the wall but all the cords were hanging down to reach the outlets and looked very sloppy. i called james about hiding the cords behind the tv. he came right over to see what needed to be done, explained everything and gave us a very fair estimate. a couple of days later he came over to do the work. he worked quickly, was very neat and professional. we couldn’t be happier with the results. i would definitely recommend james!

When I got Comcast internet and when their rep came and was unable to help me access the wireless internet they had just installed I called their rep line and was on hold/​disconnected over the course of 4 hours — no exagerration. Instead, I called James, who came over got us access to the wireless internet AND was able to clean up 25 GB of junk that had accumulated over the years on our harddrive. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism and how quick he worked and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services to anyone with connectivity issues and slow start up. My laptop has never been this fast. Great Great decision. If I ever have internet issues again, forget Comcast, i’m calling James at Unique Solution Services.

James installed my 55″ tv and 42″ tv, both flat screens with multi angle arms/​hangers. It was quick and clean!
