Details, Details, Details! Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job. but my favorite girl is May for pedicure and manicure. :) (she doesn’t do acrylics or gel)
She is sweet and always she takes her time :)
Everyone is so friendly and I recommend everyone to go there.

Well, it’s OK. Some days the service is great, and some days not so much– it just depends on the lady who does it. Usually the nails are done well enough, but there are times where I needed to come back because of noticing an imperfection.

Came here in May for a pedicure with my sister. The employee asked us which one was older. When my sister stated she was the older of us the woman pointed out I was the BIGGER one. Pointing out my weight. My sister, trying to make me feel better, said «yes she’s been taller than me for years» but the employee kept pointing out how fat I was. Making sumo wrestler type gestures. I’m aware I weight significantly more than my sister and I don’t need someone to point it out. That woman needs to learn how to treat customers. Obviously I will NEVER return to this nail salon and neither will my skinny older sister.

I stopped in here last week for a quick gel polish change. Not only was it sloppy, but I was charged twice and then my credit card number was stolen and used at nearby retailers. Extremely frustrating and now I’m stuck disputing charges and dealing with the credit card company, and all this for a below average polish change.
I happened to be driving by and decided to stop in– avoid if you want a good job done, and definitely avoid using a credit card.

My was the best! I got a pedicure here yesterday and she took her time and my nails and feet looked great — wish I could have tipped her more. The place is clean and all the ladies are so nice. Most of their nail polishes are OPI and the pedicure was only $ 25.Thank you so much!

Came here based on reviews and some friends who come here. Horrible work done by Tina! I always get pink and white I had holes between the white and pink powder, it wasn’t smooth and very thin. She had to re do them and make smooth and I said should have been done in the first place not rushing and do a terrible job… I she was just going to put clear gel to fix the holes instead of the correct way. –5 stars is the true score on this place…

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have better reviews! I use to live in Sterling and would go here all the time for a manicure/​pedicure and then once shellac became popular, I started coming here too. All of them are so sweet, friendly and funny– they really make you feel so comfortable. But they always do such a good job with my nails. I usually go to anyone who is available because I trust the salon and have never been disappointed.
Their prices are also very reasonable. I’ve compared them with a number of different places as far as price and they are on the very reasonable side. I now live in Centreville but I miss this place so much!

Giving this place four stars. My manicurist was the best. She really took her time and did not rush my appointment at all, she made sure to spend extra time in fixin up my cuticles, because with this weather we have been having they definitely needed some tlc. The salon is very cozy, and clean, they also have quite a nice selection of nail colors for opi. They could do with more Essie colors too. I did not get shellac, but it appeared that they had a good amount of variety for it. I was just a walk in appointment and from the moment I walked in they took me right away and asked me to choose my color. Prices are reasonable for this area. I am excited to go back and try them out for a pedicure! Staff was friendly and seemed very professional compared to other salons that I have been to with their white coats, nice uniform touch.

This place is awesome! I just moved to the area and I’ve been searching for a good nail salon. This is definitely it! Mary gave me an amazing pedicure and shellac manicure for only $ 65! I will definitely be returning.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never been to a nail salon where making an appointment means absolutely nothing.
Not only do the employees seem surprised that you have an appointment, but they do nothing to see you on time or acknowledge you, and in my case may even claim that you did not make an appointment and ask for proof.
On many occasions, I don’t understand why the person on the phone would not tell me it’s extremely busy when I call and ask if it’s okay to come literally in a few minutes. Or lie and say 5 mins where I’ll really be waiting for at least 20. At least if you’re honest then I wouldn’t be so pissed having to waste my time doing nothing.
If this was the first time I wouldn’t have been so upset, but the fact that this has literally happened to me every visit is ridiculous.
Luckily there’s 2 more nail salons in the same complex who are way more appreciative of their customers.

Very disappointed-​Went in for a pedicure and a refill of my acrylic nails apparently they had a different agenda because the attendant pushed on me to get a full set, I said not yet she continued to cut the acrylic off my nail so I could get a full set! I explained to her I didn’t want to do that but it was like talking to the wall! I then asked her to stop and I left! It’s not what I wanted she wanted me to do what she wanted.

I can only recommend Mary. I go to her for my nail polish changes and designs. See my uploaded photos! She’s a gem and super sweet. She really aims to please you and always reviews her work to make sure you are satisfied. I’ve never worked with a more easy going nail technician. And I just love that she can do any design I request! !!!

I’ve been coming here for years. Usually do a mani/​pedi (shellac for mani) and eyebrows. They do a really great job. I take a while to pick my polish color, but they are understanding and sometimes help me pick a color or find the matching color for my pedi. When I came out from getting my eyebrows done today, 2 customers commented on how nice they looked. They both commented that they thought my eyebrows looked fine before I went in (so wasn’t sure why I was getting them done), but when I came out they liked how they looked. They both decided to get their eyebrows done after seeing mine.

Mary is the absolute best! She knows exactly how I want my eyebrows. We are working on growing them out. I say we because your gal needs to be on the same page and that is hard to find!
She gives great pedicures with hot stones and an awesome massage. Exactly what I need after a long day.

I have been going here for years. I have never had a bad experience. All the techs know my mom and I and always ask about our family. They even fix my polish with no complaints when I screw it up. They even did my nails for my wedding and they were beautiful. My entire wedding party and all the ladies in my family got their nails, mani, pedi, and waxing for the wedding; no complaints. I highly recommended them!

The service was ok… but expect to be talked about if you don’t speak Vietnamese or in my case, don’t look like you do. Lol

I went here a few weeks ago with a friend to try a salon since I’m new to the area. We made appointments and we seen promptly. We both decided to get gel manis.
My friend had a different lady than I did. She was quick and did the paraffin wax.
My lady was very slow (my friend had to wait for me for about 40 minutes after she was done). I did not get the wax (my friend did, we paid the same amount) and I left with polish on every one of my cuticles. One of the other ladies came over to talk to her and it appeared that she was giving my lady instructions on the process.
The plus side was how cheap it was ($ 30 not including tip).
If I go back, I will ask to see the lady my friend saw.
