Horrible, I booked this company for a corporate trip. They showed up half an hour late, no call to notify us they were running late. They finally called 30 minutes after there schedules arrival time to notify us they had arrived. Which was too late because I ended up telling all my employees to drive themselves since we were going to miss our flight. Completely unreliable! Stay away!

Booked Dulles Limo and they gave me a great rate, but unforunately the limo looked a little dated. I wish it was atleast given a wax as that may have helped the appearance some, but not sure.

I Booked a limo for a wine tour excursion for my birthday because yes, that’s how us NYC girls do VA country– in.a.LIMO! I worked with Kamal to reserve a limo to accomodate our party. Kamal was professional, responsive, and worked with me to ensure I had everything I needed and wanted for my special day. I had sent over a detail intinerary, contacts, maps, directions, etc. to ensure they had as much information as possible.
Day of event, ³⁄₂₃. Our limo driver was Sergio. He arrived on time at pick up location and surprised me pulling up in front of my apartment complex despite the awkward front lot with no roundabout but Sergio pulled in like a pro! He handled himself in a professional manner, dressed to the nines, and was a great sport with our somewhat rowdy party– it’s a party! He was so accomodating, gave us ipod chords, had limo stocked with water (even though we had our own), cups, and accomodated to our every request (temperature, pump up the jams!, etc) and got everywhere we needed to on time. On the way home, we hit traffic on 66 and had to pay for an extra hour and we gave Sergio a tip ON TOP even though it was included at time of booking because he was so great! I would definitely recommend Sergio for your luxury transportation needs!

Best Service ever. We hired Dulles Limousine for Business function. They did a great job. They gave us a great deal and a great service. They also gave our guests a DC Tour. The limo bus was beautiful. Their driver waited outside for guests for many hours to transport them back to their hotel. We will always deal with them. Highly recommended.

Day of service went exactly as planned! So I would give 3.5 stars. But issues with payment etc is what bothered me…
Used this limo co. for my wedding.
I was worried about this service in particular because all I read were horror story reviews about every limo company I researched. I could not find one company that didn’t come with a bad story. So, when I called this company, one of the owners (Rick) happened to answer. I didn’t know this until mid conversation when I started asking about the bad reviews. He took the time to explain each bad review because he knew exactly who wrote it and why they wrote it. They were all pretty legit explanations. He said they are one of the biggest transportation companies in the area and have back-​up vehicles for every type of vehicle. He also have me a package deal– an amazing one I might add! Our wedding was out of town so all of guests were from out of town. We needed a coach bus to transport the guests to and from the hotel/​church where ceremony was held. We also needed a large enough shuttle/​limo for the bridal party and the photographers since we were going to drive around DC to take photos after the ceremony. Needless to say, we got a 56 passenger coach bus (3.75 hours) and a 24 person party bus shuttle (4.75 hours) for $ 1200! After doing lots of research and finding a company that provided both vehicles, and getting numerous quotes, this was absolutely the best deal!
I booked and they took $ 100 deposit…
A few weeks before the wedding I had not heard anything. (I didn’t expect to hear from them). I decided to email a confirmation to make sure I was still on their radar. I also provided an itinerary for the them with timing/​directions etc. because each driver would have to make 2 trips back and forth. I never got a response to my email. A week before the wedding I received a call confirming the service. I confirmed, and had to tell them again that each shuttle would have to make two trips. Again, I was told they would put it in the driver’s notes. I then asked to change the credit card on file because I wanted to use a different one than the one used for the deposit. This worker said the payment would be charged 3 days before the service and that I would be getting another call at that time. I acknowledged and waited to change the card. I also mentioned the email a few times during this conversation and was never acknowledged. I didn’t pursue that since we went over itinerary several times over the phone.
3 days before– I never received a call. It then slipped my mind since I was busy doing other things. Then, day before the wedding I remembered and called since still had not received a call. The person I spoke to this time took the new credit card info and said I would be charged the day of.
Wedding day– I happened to get a phone call from my bank advising they put a hold on my card until verification of purchases were made. The bank told me this limo co. charged my card for $ 549 and tried another $ 550 which was denied until verification. (The 2 charges were for the remaining balance of the 2 shuttles since they were 2 separate reservations). I verified that it was a legit charge. However, they limo co. charged the old card, and not the new one I called about the day before. Of course, I couldn’t deal with it, so I had my aunt call and have them reverse the charge on my card and charge the other card I gave them. She said she handled it and they said they would send me a confirmation email.
It was never changed. When I got back from my honeymoon, I happened to receive a call from the limo co advising I had an outstanding balance because we went over time and were dropped off later that the contract said. I told them that was not the case and that we were actually back early. I told the lady I was at work and would have to call her later after checking my contract. I finally called them back 2 days after receiving the call. As I started to explain why I was calling, the lady recognized the problem since she was the one that called me. She told me that it was their mistake and there was no balance. (Why didn’t they call me when they realized that??)
Anyways, the drivers on that day were great and the vehicles were nice.

Failed to pick the bride up on time for the wedding. Didn’t even arrive until 45 mins after the wedding was suppose to start. I’d stressed the importance of picking me up on time because a 96 yr old woman was waiting outside-​that didn’t do much to motivate them. Their driver had never been to dc before. I could go on but most importantly-​they never even called me back afte screwing up so royally

You totally ruined our surprise birthday by being 90 minutes late which caused us to lose our VIP table reservation and we were only in the DC nightclub for less than an hour, compounded by the fact that your bus broke down multiple times on the toll road. Then threatening us outside of the club and saying you were going to leave our 25+ group stranded in DC? No one should ever book a party through your company, your driver was extremely understanding and took care of us even though the manager called the cops on us (we should have called the cops on him). This is the WORST experience with transportation and you should be embarrassed of your unprofessional performance. We will not only never recommend your company, we will make sure to spread the word that if u want to waste your money, get picked up late, break down, get threatened and then have the cops called on you, then this company is for you.

Worst experience ever!!! Order a bus on this past Saturday nite 5÷5÷2012. Don’t even know where to start, oh I know. (1) suppose to pick us up at 10pm going from Sterling VA to DC ibaza. U showed up at 11:45pm… And u didn’t pick up the phone. (2) ur old ride on DC metrobus thought u were converting to a party bus broke down from over heating 3 times on the toll rd. Had to wait for ur back up to show and bring coolant. Is always ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ mix but u decided just to bring coolant only, of course over heats again. (3)finally got to the club with ur circus bus at 1:40am when the club closes at 2:30am. We lost our VIP tables, free entry which is $ 1200 already paid for. (4) when time to leave ur leverage of give me my money or u guys not going home? Are u serious??? Then called 911 for cops to do what??? But guess what they told u! We are getting on the bus, and u needed to bring us back to VA. I don’t know how u guys run ur business but this is the worst ever. Maybe you guys need to learn more from others real limo companies on how to run a limo service company and update ur bus to a actual party bus. Again. I would never recommend ur company to anyone. Good thing we are local with ur company, I will make sure no one would have to experience this like us. Facebook n Unilocal sure are a real networking tool.
