This company was recommended to me by Craftsman Auto Body Incorporated (a pro-​service shop with my State Farm Insurance).
They are towing my car from it’s current location at another auto service shop, to Craftsman. All I had to do was give them a call, let them know where my vehicle is, make, model, license plate #, where it needs to be towed to, and informed them that the cost of the tow will be written into my insurance claim. Bada bing, bada boom… all done.
The reason I’m reviewing this as a 3 star is because I will not be there to ride along with my vehicle, but I would assume since they were recommended via a service shop that is recommended from my insurance… that they do a good and reliable job and will handle my vehicle well.
