At Commonwealth Builders & Services we have a variety of specialties no job is to small and no job is to big. We’ve designed basements, kitchens and bathrooms. We’ve also brought over 300 properties in Northern Virginia up to fire code by Installing Egress Windows for their families safety. Our over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial contracting has been earned by always putting quality first. We are fully licensed and bonded, and offer warranty and insurance for all services provided. Most importantly, we work hard to finish each project on time. Also EPA Lead Certified Renovators.

History

Established in 1986.

Commonwealth Builders & Services was started shortly after owner Roger Cole and His Family settled into life after service in the United States Air Force. We’re grateful for our growth over the years and experienced, trained and certified ourselves to always stay relevant with our services as home design has changed with technology over the years.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Roger Cole is the owner of the business and till this day is on every job the company does. Roger had a personal goals of being a business owner by the age of 30 and after serving his time in the United States Air Force as Sgt. Cole he took his skill set perfected in the military and born was Commonwealth Builders & Services. Roger has over 35 years in the building industry, multiple certification and a passion for staying up to date with todays design.
