This has to be one of the worst Chilis I have ever been. They forgot half our order so it took nearly 45 min to get our food. I order steak-medium, however it arrived very rare-blood running over the plate. When asked why it took so long the server simply said, «They got confused it hapoens sometimes» and basically blew it off. I asked him to take th steak back and he grabbed it and stormed off. The manager delivered the steak cooked properly & apologized.

When is 30 degrees outside the temperature inside should be higher. I hate when that happens to me. I can take a picture right now to show that people are eating with their jackets on.

The loaded chicken wings are unbelievable delicious. My server Ciara was very helpful. Watch out the silverware though, maybe they need to change the chemicals in the dishwasher machine.

I’ve had a number of good meals here! The wings are really good too and the all you can eat enchiladas. Services has been great, quick to bring drinks and they are very friendly.

I took my family to there for a dinner, It was 8:30 pm, I walked in with a car sit on my hand and and 4 of us started to wait to greeted and have a sit, no body even had a eye contact to us at least 5 min. Then 1 girl walked by took us a sit has 4 seat, but we were 4 and a baby on car sit. I had to stand up to ask another sit or high chair, but no we missed the chance cause she just left the menus on the table and disappear. I just hopped someone would assist, then we had to leave and to go another pleace. I won’t emberrest my self and go there again.

I came here today for a fast lunch and ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad. Soooooo yummy! My server was Naomi. She seemed to have numerous tables and was training a new server, yet was very attentive and never missed a beat. Great experience, however wished there was more Christmas music seeing as how it’s only 3 days away.

Soup served stone cold, place was filthy, trash all over the floor and tables not cleared and full of dirty dishes. Bathroom had no toilet paper — fish in fish tacos tasted like mold — such a disgusting experience. The server Elisa was the bright spot — she was so pleasant and attentive — a waste of talent in such a dismal place — seriously surprised Heath inspectors have not closed it down!

Terrible customer service! I walked in to ask for a table and I was neglected twice by 2 different people and another party who arrived after me was seated first. So frustrating and then I was told that I would have to wait! So irritated that I walked out!

I walked in and I was surprised at how busy the restaurant was. I was waiting in line to be greeted for quite a while and just when I thought I was at the front of the line, some other employee comes up and asks the party behind me how many people they had. He then went on to sit them while I was still waiting with my party. When he returned, I informed him that we were in front and he seemed like he didn’t care. He was like«Now you have to wait 10 minutes». I was already irritated so I just left and Chili’s lost my party’s business. Horrible customer service and they really need to train their staff a lot better. Won’t be coming back here for a long while.

Let me just start out by saying the server was excellent, But unfortunately I’m giving this location two stars due to the fact that they took way to long to bring out our food. My boyfriend and I love there Cajun chicken pasta(the only reason we come), after we had put in our orders, a family of 72 was accommodated and seated. The entire family had received there food before us! Mind you we had been seated 15 Minutes prior to family. By the time we did received our food the family had finished there meal. Like any other customer well complained to the manager but he was just nonchalant about the situation, he said he would figure out what had happened but he never returned!

I wanted to give you all an update, since my prior review. I don’t know if the management has changed or what happened but the last two times I’ve been there the service has gotten much better. Overall the food is pretty good, sort of your standard casual chain fare that you’d expect. So its not a bad option if you want to eat somewhere that will likely appeal to the picky masses or you want to go somewhere when you’re not feeling like testing the waters at a newish place.

Chili’s has stepped up their game! Menu is updated(though they did take their country fried steak off the menu — boo!), décor is updated, food was even better! The restaurant was clean and well lit. I ordered the beef enchiladas. Presentation was great, everything was hot and tasted fresh.

Not overly impressed. Multiple occasions when I’ve gone they don’t refill the beverages. Server comes by MAYBE2x the entire meal. If another server or manager sees you looking around they don’t ask what you need help with. Food is average at best. Really uses too much salt and needs to drain the grease off food more. Since they got the little computers at the table they don’t even check to see if you’re paying cash. I asked if they still had coloring pages and was told for my kids to play video games. I don’t allow that at a table. Little common sense most times. Hosts don’t really greet you or say thank you when they’re at the podium. Don’t hold the door when they see you have your hands full.

Went here today for lunch and we had the special 2 margaritas, appetizer, 2 entrée and a dessert for $ 35! Omg what an amazing deal ! I never liked Chilis in the past but today’s experience was amazing ! We sat at the bar and the bartender was wonderful always checking on us and the margaritas perfect. I had mango and my wife had strawberry. We ate cheese fries for our appetizer and Cajun chicken for our entrée. Dessert cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fudge. We were so full and yes we had a to go bag lol. My wife won a gift card from work so we only paid $ 13.68 not including the tip. Today was a good day thanks Chilis!

PROS: The Chili’s location in Sterling has been nicely renovated. The restaurant is clean and is perfect for large groups. Chili’s is a nice«safe» place to eat good food. CONS: The dinning experience is both mediocre and boring. The décor is overdone and could use a little sprucing.

Another one of our local haunts. They are currently going through a renovation so I’m excited to see the finished product. My friends and I are returning Thursday night so the anticipation will be killing me. Noël knows us by now and by the time we get situated on our bar stools, I typically have my favorite drink waiting for me. Love that!(Hey, Norm! anyone??? lol) I haven’t had anywhere near the excellent service from the other bartenders as we do Noël; not sure why that is but I cringe when I don’t get him. Granted they don’t have the healthiest munchies but they sure are freaking yummy. If we’re there for lunch/dinner, I usually go with the lighter side on their dinner or lunch menu but the bar menu is your typical delicious, fattening bar food. We are always getting ‘free dessert or appetizer’ coupons so that’s a plus too. Their happy hours are typically longer than other local establishments. And, don’t tell anyone, but its always easy to get a seat in the bar area; either at the bar or at one of the high tops.

Chili’s is my daughter’s second-favorite restauraunt, so we end up here a lot. That said, there are a few things common to most of these reviews that I’ve observed myself. Maybe this will explain it a bit. Chili’s is a place that seems to have a corporate vision of minimizing their interactions, perhaps as a revenue saving tactic. This creates a lot of the complaints. The first thing you’ll notice is that there is almost never a host/ess. You stand in the lobby waiting for a server to swing by, grab some menus, and seat you. That’s fine when the servers are feeling upbeat and not busy, but it also leaves the door open(sometimes literally) to long delays and customers walking out. They did away with the coloring book kids menus in favor of touch-screen, bar style, wireless«Ziosk» devices. Your child’s menu is now on there, along with a host of touch-screen games that add to your bill. Watch them if they get their hands on that thing. You can also use the ziosk to order(adult) drinks, desserts, and even pay your check. We use the pay-your-check often frequently. It allows you to add in your tip by dollar or percentage, and it can print or email a receipt. Saves any concerns about what happens to your credit card when it leaves your table. The food is delicious. The two-for-twenty deal is so good that my daughter has taken to ordering fajitas with me, because it’s cheaper than a kids meal once you factor in the appetizer(chips and dip). The chiken fajitas are wonderful, though the onions could stand to be cooked more. I like mine nicely carmelized. The molten chocolate cake is amazing, every time. Chili’s also does a periodic Father/Daughter night. In addition to the normal food and service, they set up one of the long booths with some craft supplies for girls to make all sorts of things. One of the waiters will offer to take your picture together with their phone, which they go into the back, print off, and stick in a cute frame for your refrigerator. All in all, we’re generally happy with this branch. We’ve been going long enough to expect that we may have to wait(or wave at people) to get seated. Once seated, it’s generally a pleasant experience.

I come here a lot and the happy hour is one of the best around, the food is good, deserts are good as well As for late night they close a little too early for me, I only come when the Bartender Noël works(tues, wed, thur PM, Friday all day) because he’s the best, the regulars are all cool, they have specials at the bar for Nascar and Football on the weekends also **Note-I only sit at the bar so I can’t rate the waiting staff but they’re all friendly

I’ve been to several Chilis and I told myself I wouldn’t come back to chain restaurants like this. Well after some friends decided to come here and twisted my arm with a free drink and some sports watching, I guess I had to oblige and join them. Normally I would give a 2 star or lower rating. The food tasted like it came out of a microwave(especially their wings and I’m a wing snob). However their happy hour had drink prices that were light on the wallet and our server was very professional and friendly. I wanted to tell her to get out of here and work at a dining establishment where she could make more $$ and be involved with a better atmosphere but if this location has servers like this here, this may not be that bad of a joint after all. Recommend the egg rolls and happy hour drinks. Like I said, the food is like microwave products but for the price you pay during happy hour, you can’t really complain.

Oh Chili’s. How I love your frozen beer mugs which create an ice topping on draft beers. But that’s about it. The fiancé and I were next door at Best Buy and decided to hop in for a quick dinner. The inside was a standard Chili’s. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. Our server was super nice and friendly. I was excited when they had new«fresh Mex bowls» and thought this would be a great alternative to their normal salty, fatty food. I got the Margarita fresh Mex bowl with shrimp.(normally it comes with chicken). It was soooo salty. And the rice, shrimp, black beans… everything had this salty glaze all over it. I don’t know what they did, but everything was soaking in this weird shiny saltiness. Honestly, the Cantina bowls at Taco Bell are way better.
