We are very pleased with the craftsmanship of our new screened porch as well the process to create it. Luis and Chris worked tirelessly every day, showed up on time and were very considerate. Multiple other team members provided valuable contributions.
Steve had given us a timeframe for completion, weather permitting, and the scheduling for the process worked just as he said. They removed the existing foundation, completed a new screened porch, and replaced old railings around the rest of the deck, all within a month.
Other competitors would have just used the existing porch, but Steve recommended we replace the old deck and provide a more solid foundation. Multiple pillars were drilled 8 feet into the ground with concrete poured into them. The weight of the new roof and sides are substantial and we are glad to have the solid foundation underneath.
We noticed a couple of minor corrections that needed to be made with water flow around the gutters. Within a few hours, Steve sent someone out to make an adjustment. They have a 10 year warranty on labor, so this provides some peace of mind. It’s worth getting a quote from them.
