Slow and under staff! Over 40 people in store waiting on line, and customer service telling people who comes in door for drop off equipment need to go to ups for drop off ! Ha! Don’t go there unless you have lots of spare time.

Slow, understaffed, unfriendly, I ended up going to UPS to return my equipment and the lady greeted me with a knowing remark about how I must not have wanted to wait and get treated bad. Boy was she ever spot on!

The worst customer service ever! Don’t go unless you have a couple hours to spare! Shannon has a attitude and should not be working with the public! She should be in the back receiving boxes!

Customer service was great! There was a little bit of a wait, but when I got to representative I was amazed. They assessed my needs, they found the best plan what works for my needs and my budget. Associate who helped me was more worried that I get the service that I need and was not trying to sell me anything unuseful. I never had better customer service from utility company, especially Cable company. They are much better then any other competitor and they are really working hard to fix their bad reputation. I never leave reviews but I was so amazed that I had to do it this time. Xfinity store in Sterling Heights is amazing! Thank you guys

Horrible customer service. Associates help customers walking in the door before helping customers waiting for a half hour. Two associates for upwards of 20 customers. Horrible, horrible customer service!

Not enough customer service and the personal they do have are unprofessional and don’t care to be there. Wait for anything is at least 60 minutes.
