We are a townhome style apartment community. We feature two floor plans; both floor plans offer 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. Every apartment home has a private, unfinished basement. Our apartments are maintenance free; we have an outdoor swimming pool that is open during the summer months, we have a playground and a business center. We are pet friendly; we accept both cats and dogs. There is no size limit for dogs however there are some breed restrictions. Pet fees apply.

History

Established in 1978.

Our townhomes were built by Lombardo Homes in 1978. We are still owned and professionally managed by Lombardo Property Management. We have 72 townhomes for lease. Each townhome has been immaculately maintained and updated.

Nancy B.

Manager

Nancy has been with Lombardo Property Management for 5 years. She started as a Leasing Consultant and is now a Property Manager for the company. She won Leasing Consultant of the Year for the state of Michigan in 2009 and is currently nominated for Manager of the Year.
