Our motto is «Your Remodeler for Life», as we strive to develop a 20+ year relationship with our clients. Dave Kopke founded the business in 1993 after noticing undesirable trends in the industry. He wanted to do home improvement the right way, always keeping customer satisfaction his #1 priority. After word got around, our growth has remained consistent, with about 40% of business each year coming from past customers. In 2013, we moved to a much larger facility to accommodate our increasing needs while expanding our radius of travel.

Much of our staff are lifelong employees, and many of our clients no longer feel the need to «get 3 bids». We are seldom the lowest bid, but as we like to say, we are «where quality and affordability come together».

History

Established in 1993.

We opened our doors on Jefferson Ave. in St. Clair Shores in January of 1993. A few years later we moved to Harper Ave. where we stayed until 2013. Our new building on Van Dyke Ave. in Sterling Heights is much larger and in a more centralized location. We are excited for all of the Remodeling Projects we will take on in the 20 years to come :)
