I live just down the street and my fiancé and I finally went here for breakfast the other day for the first time… He had the Grand Slam breakfast special with eggs over easy and wheat toast, and I had a scrambled egg with wheat toast and hash browns. We both had lemon waters and he had a coffee. Everything was great! Service was quick and friendly. Not too pricy either, around $ 15 with tip, if that. They give you good portion sizes too. My only complaint (and I’m not really an egg or breakfast eater anyways) was that the scrambled egg was very dry and chunky. We are looking forward to trying their lunch specials next!

Unlike other reviewers I didn’t like the place at all. Dirty bathroom with both paper towel dispensers empty. Dirty dishes sat on the nearby tables for a while, even though 3 tables at most were occupied at lunch. The ruben I ordered was nondescript, nothing wrong with it, just not very tasty. Overall, nothing there to make me come back.

Even the ketchup at this place is subpar. How is that possible? They have a decent BLT, and a good chicken kabob, but that’s as far as it goes.
