This is the place is the worst. Not only is the staff changing prices after quoting one price over the phone. They don’t listen to you what you want and can’t do most of the these in other salons. Eve was the worst. She yells across the salon. She wants to upcharge everything from hair spray and says loudly that my hair was greasy and how could I go out like that. I washed my hair that morning. She is rude and unprofessional

I do like the lady’s in this location! But each time I call to make an appointment to get partial highlights, the manage acts like she is to busy. This is the 4^th time I have called and Tina tells me «I can’t tie myself up with chemicals, I have to be ready for walk-ins.» I’m sorry I was trying to make an appointment! Have some of your other workers come in! I give the other ladies a ⁵⁄₅
