We had five different waterproofing contractors out to our house to give us a quote on fixing a major leak we were experiencing in our basement. B-​Dry of Sterlinh Heights was one of the contractors. Their expert, Ron, came out to quote the job and it was made apparent to me right away that Ron knew his craft inside and out. He was thorough, confident, friendly, and trustworthy.
Though B-​Dry was not the lowest quote we’d received, we hired them based on the life-​time guarantee on their work, the longevity of their business, reviews we’d read, and Ron’s professionalism. I couldn’t have been happier with choosing to have them do the work. They arrived on time, staged the area perfectly to minimize dust, and went to work. They were done in less than five hours. They broke out the concrete along two walls — one 15 feet and the other 19 feet — and then ran a gutter system along the footing to my sump. They also repaired two chimney clean outs that had been leaking. Just last night, we had the worst rainfall I can remember ever having. Not a single sign of leaking whereas before having B-​Dry out I would have had to shopvac up at least 100 gallons of water.
