I came here with my little cousins last week and had a blast! Pricing was reasonable and it was awesome to do something active instead of sitting around and watching a movie. We bought the taller airtime socks because they look awesome and my cousin is going to wear them to his basketball practices! Can’t wait to come back here again.

There are plenty of venues to bring your kids to have some fun, so friendly service, a clean environment, and refreshments are important.
We’ve been to both locations in my area.
Lots of choices for the kids-​individual square-​sized personal trampolines within a large area. Also, a pit of sponges, dodgeball, & basketball.
Party space available.
AirTime is fairly comfortable for parents who aren’t jumping. There is seating & concessions, but the music is loud for those partying jumpers, so keep this in mind if you’re looking for a Mommy date while your kids jump.
AirTime is always exceedingly clean.
Locations can not link waivers.

My daughter had her birthday party at this place and LOVED it. They jump first and eat last, so I suggest getting their snack pack (I think it was called something like Fuel Up Pack) for during their jumping time. Pizza was from Jet’s, so happy to have quality food. She had a blast the entire time — she is only 2 years old, but she was still able to do almost everything and hang out with her older cousins around the park. The staff was super awesome — very accommodating when I had more guests show up unexpected. They have rules for jumping like one person on each trampoline, but I was really happy with that and felt safe my toddler wouldn’t get trampled. I’ll definitely be having more parties here. My nephews and niece already begged me to throw them parties here haha — I can be the cool aunt :)

Just took my daughter there for the first time and I will never go back! Very loud inappropriate music which made it sound like a concert for toddlers. The staff was very rude & do not allow the parents to help their child on the trampoline or even step foot on it if they’re on it (even if you paid to jump, too)! Some guy blew the whistle at me and at my two year old because she almost fell so she grabbed my hand and he said that it was prohibited since my leg was in «her square». Over priced and ridiculous rules — especially for the kids who are 2 and under. I would understand if they were older, but 2 years old and they have to be alone? Really?

Piss poor management and customer service is an understatement. Saying the place is filthy would be a compliment. There are other options if you want to bring your kids to a trampoline venue. I will not be going back and I advise you not to either.

People are always friendly and nice when I go to airtime in Sterling Heights. I love that this place is very clean and well maintained. I will come back and visit the Sterling Heights team!

Customer service didn’t rock the first time, but the follow up did. My daughters had a blast. Just make sure you hydrate; jumping around is exhausting!
