Established in 1961.
Gore’s Meat Processing started over 50 years ago butchering local farmer’s livestock in a safer, cleaner, more efficient facility than farmer’s had ever had access to. The business has grown through the years, now 4 generations strong, and serving the Shenandoah Valley with the most professional custom slaughterhouses in Virginia.
Gore’s stays true to their purpose of providing local farmers with slaughtering and meat processing services, but has expanded to wholesale meat supply (providing quality meat to restaurants, hotels, groceries), and retail butcher/deli shops.

These brothers, 3rd Generation Butchers, keep all 3 Gore’s facilities running. They are the owners, butchers, maintance men, delivery men, spokesmen and salesmen. Jeff and Joe wear many hats and are backed up by the professional, knowledgable staff at each of their Gore’s locations.
