Dr. Steven Garrett graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry with a residency in Orthodontics. He opened his practice in 1979. Offices locations are Winchster, Stephens City and Front Royal.

Dr. Garrett graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry with a residency in Orthodontics. He opened his practice in 1979 in Winchester.
