Diamond Turf and Scapes is a family owned small business. We offer Lawn and Landscape Maintenance services, and both weekly and bi-weekly mowing schedules. The majority of our customers request yearly upkeep of their beds by planting seasonal flowers, weeding, edging and applying mulch. Our goal is to take care of our customer’s property like we take care of our own, by offering quality, efficient service.

This is our second year with Diamond Turf & Scapes and we have had no issues with them. I have had mininal contact with the office, we have exchanged emails but they have been nice. They are very respectful of our yard and the toys that are always scattered about. They just move them in a pile and keep on mowing.

Wow! I just called to stop service for the year and this is the responce that I recieved from Dawn in the office.
We maintain properties until mid-November. Because you chose to not only be a bi-weekly customer, but also to stop service a month early, we will no longer accept you as a customer in the spring. Thank you for your support of our company up to this point.
Lol, no problem. I will move on to a service that respects the customer.

We became acquainted with Diamond when they took over the accounts from our last (wonderful) lawn service. Justin met with me on his first visit and is quite professional and outgoing — even played with our dogs. There work has always been top quality. — five stars!
On the other hand, the back office needs work. Customer service and accounting is like a bipolar person — you never know what to expect nor what they will demand. Arbitrary ‘rules’ and practices shift on a monthly, if not weekly basis. Of course these are always communicated in a rude and scolding manner. There is a basic confusion as to who the customer is. So the zero stars on the back office average the overall rating to 3 stars.
Sadly I have had to move on to another service that seems to enjoy having customers in today’s economy.
