I called the Wine Cellar from New York, wanting to get my aunt, who is local, a gift for the holidays. Nancy was so awesome and patient with me and helped me to get a lovely gift basked to my aunt. In this day and age, amazing personal customer service is so rare and MUCH appreciated! My aunt was so excited to visit the Wine Cellar for wine tastings!
