Extortionists. There was a dispute over unnecessary charges they racked up, knowing I didn’t have the money to pay, and refused to let me have my refraction to take somewhere else because their optical shop is outrageously expensive. It took six months for them to even send me a bill, and I was shocked at the «padded» charges they tacked onto my exam.
The tech swore she checked my pressure, but I was not aware of it, and having worked in the business, I really wonder when she did that.
Now they have involved a lawyer and extra charges, and I don’t know how they think I can pay all this when I couldn’t pay the original amount, which I informed them in the beginning I was trying to be careful of expenses.
Unless you’re independently wealthy and don’t rely on Medicare for your health care, please avoid this racketeer shop. I’ve never seen anyone extort so much money short of waving a gun!

This is the worst run practice I have ever seen. Every experience I have with them involves some kind of snafu. They need help!
