To me customer service is of the utmost importance. This morning I needed to get they handle repaired on my Denali truck. I went to another dealer first when I got there the service guy wasn’t polite wasn’t concerned about my need I don’t even think we made eye contact he could have cared less if I was there not. He made me an appointment and told me to come back later. I asked how much it would cost when he told me and what time my appointment was I just said ok bye. I have gone to Master Tech in the past for an oil change did not know they could repair any make and model of a car but was willing to take the chance because of the polite young lady behind the counter that I had spoke to in the past. I pulled in there they were nice and friendly right off the bat as always. they told me the only guy capable of working on my car that time was busy and asked if I could come back at 2 o’clock. I said sure when I got there in no time at all they had the door panel taken off they told me they would need a part for the inside would I like for them to call Fishersville auto and order it? I said sure they gave me a price, the part was delivered they fixed the car and I was back on the road in no time. Wow !!! What great customer service and it was cheaper than the other place. Thank you so much mastertech for the great customer service I will be sure to spread the word.

This is the only shop I will take my car! I’m so glad I found this place about 5 years ago.
Brian, the owner, is a friendly, down to earth guy who is knowledgable about all things automobile. I am never worried about getting ripped off or being treated condescendingly because if my gender. They take care of all my regular maintenance, (oil changes, inspections) & needed repairs (water pump, cluster, condenser, tires– you name it!) I get my car back in a timely manner & feel confident driving it off the lot. I even bought my last vehicle here that I’ve had now for over two years.
The way customers are treated here is wonderful. I’ve noticed while waiting for my car to be finished that whoever enters– a vendor or a customer– gets treated like a friend. They know most by name! My whole family takes their business here, among many friends upon my recommendation. This is a locally owned, quality place of business I’m proud to support.
