The business name «Healing Touch» that is what I want people who come to get massage can really get the benefit from our touch! About «healing» and «health care»!

A lot of massage business just gave a good «touch» but not «healing». I am a Christian, God hands on me. Our team worker are very well training! I want to bring all clients different experience of Healing Touch in Staunton!

This wonderful place was homey and focused more on putting your money towards what heals you than wasting money on expensive décor. It was clean and happy with relaxing music playing.
Leilei (Lily?) was my therapist for a 60 minute session that cost $ 65. It was worth every dollar and I’m going back next week.
She knows exactly what she is doing. She found the sources of my issues and worked on those rather than just my symptoms. The pain could be rather intense but it was tolerable and totally worth it because I’m feeling wonderful.
Let’s put it this way, after a year of a lot of tests, prednisone (and it’s lovely side effects), sharp pain, stiffness, lack of mobility, constant throbbing pain, and suggestions of surgery when physical therapy didn’t totally resolve my issue after 6 weeks of twice weekly 40 minute visits (surprise surprise– even my PT said I needed at least 3 months INTENSE physical therapy)…I’m sitting here writing this pain free. My fingers aren’t asleep, my neck doesn’t hurt, my shoulder isn’t aching with shooting pain, my wrist (which ALWAYS HURTS) is NOT hurting at ALL.
I know that one visit isn’t going to correct what has taken years to build, but I am more than willing to pay the money it takes to see these professionals when the result is NO PAIN for the first time in 7 months.

This was an awesome massage. It was intense and a bit painful, but it really felt good after. The place is not at all fancy, and there are no frills, but if you like a pretty deep tissue massage that really works out your knots and tension this is the place. If you want relaxation and serenity then you might want to go somewhere else.

Healing Touch is located in a former retail space in a strip mall, so if you’re looking for a spa experience, this isn’t it. However, if you need a good massage to soothe your tight and aching muscles, Healing Touch will serve you well.
Lily was my massage therapist, and she worked hard at loosening my desk-​weary back and neck. Like any good massage therapist or chiropractor, she went right to the trouble spots. I received a combination of techniques including hot stone in a 75-​minute massage.

Melody is fantastic. My goal in seeing her was to regain flexibility and feel less like a walking 2×4. It worked! After seeing her, i am lighter and more comfy in my skin. She also gave me great tips about foods to eat that will help warm up my hands and feet, which have been blocks of ice for as long as i can remember. She also worked on my sore shoulder, which is not sore anymore!
On another note, it’s weird that the other reviews were filtered… I think the purpose is to keep practitioners from reviewing themselves, which i know Melody wouldn’t do. I hope my review is not filtered because I want more people to know where they can get a great massage in Staunton– as long as that doesn’t make it too hard for me to get an appointment! :)

I love this place. Melody is a talented healer, and I get the best massages here that I’ve ever gotten. Melody uses a holistic approach to body work that uses a combination of techniques from swedish, acupressure, qi gong tuina, and hot stone massage to create a therapeutic experience customized to your needs. She focuses on finding the source of your muscular tension (not just the side-​effects), and also takes the time to tell you about ways you can employ preventative techniques on your own.
After a 90 minute massage focusing on chronic neck/​shoulder pain and headaches, I feel better than I have in 6 months.
While other local spas always seem to be looking for the up-​sell and charging you extra for everything, the prices here are very reasonable. Also, it has the added bonus of being one of the few massage therapy places in the area that is open by appointment on Sundays.
Update — it has been almost a year since I have been getting massages here, and the massages are still great. Melody is the best massage therapist in the area, and after every massage I not only feel better physically, but I also learn something new every time talking to Melody about health, physiology and eastern medicine.

Melody really knows her craft, I’ve suffered from severe shoulder problems for almost a decade, on my first visit Melody found the problem and fixed it that very day, I’ve never had this issue come back since.
if you have pain or trouble, or just need a good relaxing massage, this is the place to go, the prices are very reasonable.
