The store employees are lazy, rude and unhelpful, I dealt with Erica the supposed store manager and she is uninformed and does not want to help anyone, I left, went to the store inside the Mall and had a great experience, this store is horrible, stay away, which is really what they want anyway

I’m not really sure why people were here at all, with a better Verizon store not 10 – 15 minutes away. I didn’t get service here at all because of the ridiculous wait. I asked a guy to check me in, and he looked at me as if I had just asked him to literally carry the world on his shoulders. There were a bunch of people ahead of me, so I wandered the store for a bit and noticed many employees, but none of them doing anything at all, standing around flirting with each other like it’s a cocktail party and the customers are just there to mingle. I left and went to the other one. The store in Charleston on Veterans Rd West was less busy, and the employees were happy and willing to help me asap.

The worst verizon store, the workers are rude and unhelpful. They have the worst customer service, there is a reason there are no customers in this store. Stay Away.

Used to come to this Verizon location for years before I switched over to AT&T for the iPhone. They’re very helpful and accommodating and professional. This is a typical Verizon store. But beware, the lines are really long and it takes forever. Be prepared to spend an hour here no matter what the situation(just asking a question, buying a new phone, upgrading, etc). This is the only bad part about this location.
