Touchless Auto Wash

Came here to get my car a fast car wash before going out. There was no one there but the guys seemed impatient to get us going. First impression was not that good. One gentle man was nice and walked us through the services they offered so we could choose which plan we wanted. We eventually went with the full service plus plan for $ 17.95. This worked out fine and the wash was good. My only complaint regarding their wash is they use brooms to wash which I know most car washes do but I really hate this. I feel like it scratches up my car. Our car wash was done in about 8 minutes so not bad. Usually in other car washes we get the looks from the people drying our car waiting for a tip. I was really happy that this was not the case here, we always tip but seeing that we were not being monitored for it was so nice! Overall not bad, one of the better car washes on the island but not quite the best.

Still have a bumper covered in dead bugs, got the full service plus and door sill plates were not even touched, rear windows still have finger prints all over them. Never again

Today I went there and was given a FREE spray wax. I got a basic wash with rims and tires included. I was very pleased. The prices are the same to your average car wash. They made sure they got into crevasses most places don’t. I was happy and will return for service.

A member to the monthly carwash and thats about to come to an end. I usually upgrade the wash and tip well, doesnt help. This place has progressively gotten worse. You pay for a certain service and dont receive unless you point out the fact you paid for a spray wax. Going to start going down the street to the other place.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Online prices don’t match. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

The worst place been there like 3 times each time they have scratched my car. I try not to give bad reviews if I can avoid it but this place is a disgrace. On an Island with so many car washes go to a better one with a descent reputation.

It took an hour and a half for a wash and lube, this was on a slow day
I had to reclean the car when I got hone since they didn’t clean half the car.

This place is horrible. Not only did I have to wait approx 30 mins for a wash. It was the worst wash my truck has ever had. Dirty spots everywhere, maybe if the guys would use clean cloths instead of dirty ones they might get a better result. If I had any more time that day I would have made them wash it again. Oh except they scratched the hell out of my truck. What a rip off… $ 20 and I swear the rain would have done a better job. They only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option!

They was really a snow process to get in. The Lines weren’t that long. But the guys were realy nice and friendly. Going inside the cards the car is being wash your be able to see its process somewhat. Is the windows are kept clean… The cashier was friendly and helpful helped me look for things I was asking for. Although the it wasn’t in stock. Or something they carry. I was very delighted with their service. Would come back again. They offer unlimited washes as a monthly plan!

Haven’t been to this establishment in a very long time. Figured I’d give it a try again. Still the same horrible service. Car comes out as bad as it went in. They just do the finishing touches with towels to go over all the spots they miss with the water. Paid extra to have the interior done and they didn’t even move anything at all to vacuum.

I’ve been coming to Touchless Auto Wash for years. They’ve cleaned both interior and exterior of my car. I’ve never had an issue of any kind. Their staff is friendly. They ask you if you’d like certain things added to the package you select but a simple «yes» or «no» has always sufficed. I’ve never felt harassed or seen anyone get upset. This location gets SUPER crowded, especially on the weekends any time after noon. The most I’ve waited from on line to car dry is about 40 minutes but that’s an extreme time. It’s usually much, much less. I’ll definitely be back.

This place definitely makes their own prices, as soon as i pulled up there this guy kept trying to upsell me to the most expensive package. I told him one package but he tried charging me for another. After disputing this with the guy who kept trying to up sell me and originally gave me the ticket, he said to talk to the receptionist then said «you have to pay it, I have your keys» then took off with my keys. After debating if I should just call the cops and INS or deal with this guy myself. I figured I’d give the manager a chance to figure it out. She did reverse the charge but it was after being called a liar by the key thief and she didn’t even know the prices of the different packages. Also when they pulled my car in line for a wash, the car that they pulled in behind it almost rear ended me. I actually had to inspect it after it came out, that’s how close they got to hitting it. This place is a joke with a bunch of illegals working there who could care less about you or your car, and if you drive up in a luxury car expect to be charged more and have possible vehicle damage.

Probably the first and last time I’m going to this place. Out of all the car washes on Staten Island this has to be one of the worst. We saw that this was a big car wash and we immediately thought it was good, but boy were we wrong. The service is just bad. They take too long to tend to your car and its really messy, by the time you figure out where you need to go someone has already cut in front of you!
It’s really confusing with the three lanes which make no sense.
We got the full car wash the one that cost 50 $ to clean the car inside out. We expected it to be PERFECT, but it really wasn’t, not only did it take too long, but the work was half-​as. When the car came out there were dirt spots under the license plate and above the wheels, they didn’t get into detail at all, and the sad part was I had to point it out! The guy looked like he was practically done if I haven’t pointed out the 10 or more dirt spots that were left.
For the price I expected a lot more and for it to be a lot better, I was very disappointed.

Oil changes with a free car wash. This is the place I have gone. Generally I wait every 3,000 miles between oil changes rather than every 3 months. My last oil change was 4 months ago and my car has been acting weird. Suspension, brakes, and traction. It just came back from my mechanic– My car needed 3 replacement struts (2 new and one used) and the tires had 60, yes that is SIXTY pounds of air in each of them. According to my car guy, they should only have 30. Touch-​Less auto wash will be TOUCH (ing my car) LESS. In fact, NEVER AGAIN.
