Friendly customer service, and an amazingly delicious Italian special wrap with fresh mozzarella, jalapenos, and jalapeño wrap. So good.

I am disgusted I go here all the time but I will never go back again. I got a gold earring in my sandwich… Do I even have to explain why I am giving a bad review.

Very large bagels Excellent egg sandwiches especially Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich They make a great sandwich I have tried to eat egg sandwiches from other delis and bagels stores and people just can’t make it x Correct Love they are open 24 hours a day ALWAYS fresh bagels no matter what time of day

Favorite bagel store on the island. open 24⁄7 so it was always clutch at 3am. Bagels are plump and the bagel sandwiches are the best. Really good cold cuts sandwiches also. Service is usually good but there’s a few employees who have been there for years and years who don’t always have the best attitude

One of the best bagels around. I’ve been coming here for breakfast for about 3 years. This place gets very crowded in the morning because everyone around here knows how great their bagels are. I always take people from out of town here and I essentially ruin all other bagel places for them. Bagels come out fresh around 5AM everyday.

Stopped by here yesterday and it was definitely a new experience. The place gets crowded fast, we went around 8am and people were in and out, steady flow of customers. I got coffee(serve yourself) & a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and jelly. The coffee was good, but the bagel was meh. Nothing that stands out for me, I found the bagel hard and unappealing. The bagel was chewy, but NOT in a good way and it was cold when I received it like it was never toasted even though I asked for the bagel to be toasted. The service was no different from the bagel, while we were paying the coffee filters needed to be replaced and the cashier asked the other worker to refill them. The guy stomps out of the kitchen area and goes«Why do I have to make coffee? This is not my job.» They went about it for a few minutes until the cashier got tired and said«Forget it then, don’t make coffee.» Mind you they’re yelling at each other like there’s no customers around. Uhm is this a business? Your arguing about who needs to make coffee? I think I will skip the bagel and the free show next time.

Don’t even know where to begin… First of all the person who created this for Unilocal works there and puts a pic of himself, lol. This is one of the oldest bagel places in the area, and the food taste like it. When i walke in to place my order the person wrote it down on a container and gave me a ticket for my order, wtf? It’s not like this place was busy, and now i know why. I ordered a simple bagel with bacon, eggs and cheese. The bagel was rubbery and for a whole wheat bagel way to salty. They sell other stuff such as newspapers, milk, beer, etc. Prices were slightly high and the employees are snobby and not very friendly or trustworthy. I also paid for a plain bagel and the cashier asked me 3 times if there’s anything on it and each time i said no! Unbelievable!!! I’m never coming back and recommend you find a different bagel spot.
