Not the best exterminator. He said we had termites and recommended his friend to take walls apart than he would treat. Low and behold we did not have termites. Rich is the most egocentric, incompetent, heartless human being on earth. The girls who run the office are great. There is always garbage outside his business making it look terrible. He came by wearing a Sergio Tacchini tracksuit. Funny dude.

Was recommended to Top Hat by a friend who had used them and wasn’t disappointed. The customer service representative was courteous, helpful and accomodating and made sure that I received a quick answer on all my questions.
The service was prompt and professional and took care of my issue all the while explaining the process and suggesting the smartest way to get things done. I would definitely use Top Hat again and would recommend them to anyone looking for their service.

I had called 2 different companies for an ant problem I had. 1 never showed and the other came sprayed something that all it did was stink up my home and then charged me an arm and a leg. I called Top Hat, which was referred to me by a friend. They came once and solved my ant problem once and for all and was very very fairly priced. Thank you Top Hat!!!

used them for a carpenter ant problem. They showed up the first time. Never did the second time. When I called the office to ask if they were ever going to come and I was informed that they forgot to put me on their schedule. The next appointment they could give me was almost 2 weeks later. Gladly found a more competent pest control service – my money is green everywhere. Run from this bunch.

Too bad I couldn’t get past the «triage» woman who wouldn’t listen to what I wS saying ! Wanted someone to take care of Ants and Assess the house. «We don’t do that» Over and over. I’ll tell you what needs to happen she said like a bull dog. So off to a competitor who listened and got the job. Learn how to listen lady.

I just used them for a mouse condition. My traps killed the mice and now I have flies and when called again they told me we don’t deal with flies. What kind of company pulls this. Horrible answer

Called them to get rid of a hive. The office staff was nice and efficient, gave me an appointment for two days away. The exterminator was prompt and explained what would happen, returned later to remove the hive. Their fee was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
