This place takes advantage of people that really need help. It’s a rip off and the prices are not reasonable at all. You find better prices on new retail items in the stores. Looking around I saw people that honestly needed help, looked sick, dirty and very poor that were scratching their heads at the prices of all the used items that they could not afford. I went here hoping to get lucky and find items at an affordable price and I believe I walked out with lice and a glass in my foot. YUCK!

Donated a large amount of items and they told us they couldn’t print a receipt. Been trying to call them to find out their hours but the line is always busy. I have not been able to get through for days.

Very small aisle. Clothes are often stained, dirty or have holes in it.

Another update, just to say that this is a very useful place to drop off your donations in order to get your receipt for your Charitable Tax Rebate. They were open on New Year’s Eve, and apparently several hundred other people had the same last-minute idea — they even had a staffer positioned at the front door of the store to direct people with donations around back. Although, apparently, said staffer assumes that most people don’t have working legs, because he said to us «but you might want to drive, it’s quite a ways,» as he directed us to the back of the building. Yeah; it’s a distance of maybe 50 yards, max. Seriously, he did not sound sarcastic… Back of the building there was a loading dock piled high with hundreds of trash bags of donations, and a guy quickly and efficiently handing out and signing tax receipts. Worked for me! Oh, just a note — the renovations are done, and they even put in a dressing room where you can try things on!
