Their copy center service is horrible! Tried for 2 days to get things printed AFTER i did whatever processes online and they CONTINUED to put me on hold for an hour. Horrible!

Always there getting my stationary things. Envelopes. Labels. Ink and stamps. Great place always quick and done right. The girl at the printing is wonderful and very accurate when she is placing the orders. Hard to find good help these days. Keep it up!

Ok, I rate this staples office supply 3 out of 5 stars. Any only reason because they cant help me any further the management was excellent that’s why I given 3 stars. My problem occurred for black friday staples online store. When i would try to purchase my items and try to check out it would tell me that I had no items in my cart. I tried this for 3 days same problem each time I tried from two different phones and two different computers. I called customer service, they told me they couldn’t help me and I would have to speak to a web tech. Her name is Darlene. Darlene told me that there was an error online and it shouldnt have ever let me get to the checkout part of the site and was a 2 day in store deal but it didnt say that on the site. I asked if they would still give me the deal sense there was a problem with the site. She told me to call the store. I called this store and the staff and management was very kind and understanding. They directed me to call and get in contact with a Customer Service Supervisor, and i did her name was Tracy amd was very helpful. She told me that i wasnt the first that complained about this issue but there was nothing she could do and to call the office of the president. I called was on hold a good 40 mins which I thought was very strange that all the lines were busy calling the office of the CEO. So i then talked to Kurt. Now Kurt was very straightforward, but even tho it was a error on there part and i have been a loyal customer and I think explaining it that I could purchase it anywhere else for the regular price that they’re charging but I wanted to remain a loyal customer and if they could honor the deal that the website promised. The answer was a BIGNO. i am very unhappy. It isnt right that people should get screwed over when it was the company’s fault of having a faulty website. One would think that if i could buy this item at any store for the same full price and i would buy it from them for a $ 50.00 difference(there sale that was on there site) That they would want to keep there costumer. Sadly I see that they just don’t care about customer service and keeping their customers. I will never purchase an item from Staples again. Because I see now that the company itself does not care about their customers in keeping them as customers. — I wrote this comment on this store’s page only because it’s where everything started and I was not able to write this comment on the staples corporate site page because it was not listed. I see again this Staples store was very helpful and had excellent customer service but the company itself sucks!

I’ve been to this Staples for many many times. Service is always good until I met this assistant manager today. I ordered something online and needed to exchange something else so I went into the store today. The sales assistant didn’t know how to exchange it. She’s a young lady. I guess she’s a part time there. Waited for 10 mins. She found her assistant manager who’s an old lady in her 50’S. She was talking to the phone with some staff. She seemed like she didn’t know how to exchange it too. I stood there for another 25 mins. The assistant manager didn’t even say«sorry for waiting». She didn’t even want to look at me or really talk to me. The only thing she said to me «what’s the reason that you want to return?» She acted very cold.(which is I was very surprised) All staffs are very nice there all the time. I still said Thank you to her at the end. She just ignored me and walk away. I still giving 2 stars. One star is for all other staffs. Another staff is for the girl who tried to help me today. She smiled to me when I leave. People who do not like their jobs should stay at home instead of giving attitude to their customers at work.
