A terrible architect!!! He took my money and gave me the run around. I call his office, his secretary always says he’s in a meeting. The truth is he’s by the fire escape smoking cigarettes. Why would he answer? He already took my money, and all he’s thinking is who he’s going to scam next. If you have to use him, make sure you sign a contract and make sure you have an attorney on a retainer. He will take your deposit check and pretend his copier machine is not working so he can’t print a contract. Of course you will never see a contract. Then he will keep getting you for money until he runs you dry. If you go ask him for the work you paid him for, he will yell and scream: he has a very short temper and extremely volatile. But he will ask you for money. And will keep telling you he will call you in few days because your work is almost done. Then months will go by and you get nothing. Stay away!!!
