I’ve never been through an ordeal such as the one I went through here. This was a first to have been pricked so many times an each time was an epic fail. At one point I screamed and started crying like I was 5! I was completely done… she even called her co-Worker to help and still nothing. Needless to say I left my appointment with no blood work done and have to try again…

The worst location to get blood work done. Even with an appointment, the staff is rude and unprofessional. My review is based on an experience that my mother had to deal with, and I fortunately(or unfortunately) was on the phone to witness. She had gone in for her scheduled appointment and gave the gentleman that works there, her name. He checked his list and claimed there was not anyone by that name on his list, and to give him a confirmation number. My mother had left the confirmation number at home, and explained that no one had mentioned to her to bring a confirmation number with her to be seen for her appointment. He then proceeded to yell, «YOUNEED A CONFIRMATIONNUMBER, NOONEGETSSEENWITHOUT A CONFIRMATIONNUMBER». Sensitive to this, my mother curtly left and began breaking down crying, because that kind of a reaction from a stranger, especially from a care provider is not something one expects. Another nurse who worked within that building had heard my mother crying and asked what was wrong. After explaining, the nurse excused herself and told my mother to wait. She returned and told my mother to go ahead inside, and that she will be seen in a few minutes. She also claimed that the gentleman told her that he in fact told my mother to wait, but she walked away… .I was on the phone, and can attest to the fact that he DIDNOT say that to my mother. My mother went back in and was seen by the same gentleman. He claimed that my mothers name was misspelled and that he was only attending to her out of courtesy. Overall, I don’t know how the other staff members who work there are, however, based on my mothers experience with this particular gentleman, I can say that it is disgusting that any care provider would be so abrupt and rude towards a patient, let alone anyone. It completely appalls me. It’s safe to say, my mother will not return to this location again.

After a bad experience at Quest on Willowbrook rd(I walked out) I drove over to this office. I did not have an appointment but I was seen within about 10 mins. Friendly staff and would go back next time I need a test.

Since this is a pretty basic business and everone knows what they’re getting into here, I’m simply going to review the staff attending. I visited this Quest location for a prescreening. Routine kind of thing for a new employer. I unfortunately had to visit twice, as the attendant had failed to finish some portion of paperwork she was responsible for after I had already left. This caused my test to become null and void, and required a rescreening. While the first staffer was very hasty and impatient(possibly contributing to the lost paperwork) the second I found to be overall of a better disposition. Her instructions were clear the first time, and she was careful to go through all of my paperwork, to make sure no mistakes or omissions were made. The wait can be quite long if you go in without any appointment, so I suggest making one by phone, or even through your mobile browser.
