Food came cold, took a long time to come, when they came they forgot my drinks, they came back a half hour later with the wrong drinks, very frustrating will not be ordering from then again

Worst place ever I ordered a Sicilian pizza and it was moldy first and last time ordering. I can’t believe they put a pizza in a box and give it to the customer like that. I can’t believe that. I will never order again the kitchen might not be clean.

Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly. Delivery is quick, and prices are good. There are several pizzerias in this area, and this is my go to place.

I would not recommend going here unless you enjoy food that you did not order. We ordered a white pizza with broccoli on it. In the description it even states«with ricotta and mozzarella». When the order arrived it was a plain pizza with broccoli on top. We called to explain it was not what we had ordered and they said too bad, that’s how they read it on the ticket. We said we have the receipt in the e-mail and on grubhub showing they did not make it correctly and they refused to work with us. We spoke with an individual named«Dugar». We asked if there was a manager we could speak with and they said that one wouldn’t be in for the next few days. Terrible customer service and the pizza tastes as if I’m eating cardboard.

As someone who lives in the Rossville area and comes here for the pizza or pasta every so often, I’d say that Pino’s is pretty good. They are conveniently located in the Miggy’s plaza and are perfect for the days when I come off the express bus after a long day of school/work or an appointment in general and stop by for a hot good slice of pizza and nice service by the gentlemen behind the counter. Although I was told previously by someone that he was ripped off by one of the gentleman behind the counter, I don’t know how to believe that, as I wasn’t there and have always been given the correct change. Perhaps they were having an off day, but I return to them cause of their nice servers and decent food.

Pizza is very oily from the cheap cheese but fair pricing with nice down to earth gentlemen behind counter. Not the biggest selection but go for the fresh mozz sqaure.

Food is good and fresh. There prices are perfect. I had the chicken and spinach rolls from there, which were on point. I will go back again.

Pino’s actual pizza is alright. Their wraps and soups are the best! I order the pasta fagioli and a chicken caesar wrap when i get take out and it is always so fresh and tasty. The actual establishment isnt very cozy so i have never eaten there but If you want quick take out that isn’t pizza order from here(if that makes sense?)

Pinos is located in the Mignosis parking lot of Rossville Ave. it’s in a very convenient spot there isn’t a Pizzaria in that area until Bloomingdale road or Woodrow road. The owner is very nice and I never had a bad meal there. The regular slice is delicious and they now have buffalo calamari. Yummy can’t wait to try that. Def my go to place when I am running errands in the neighborhood.

Pino’s is great pizza for the money. What do I mean by that? Simple. Are they the best pizza on Staten Island? Unfortunately, no. There are places out there that offer better tasting pizza. With that being said, those better tasting pizzas are often DOUBLE the price of Pino’s. They offer an 8⁄10 tasting pizza for a 10⁄10 price compared to the rest of the island. For me, that is more than sufficient to have a tastey and enjoyable meal. Also, Pino’s delivery is SUPERFAST! No, seriously — they are really fast. My fiancé sometimes orders from them over other places just because we are hungry and do not want to wait 45 minutes for food. Good job, fellas!

Pino’s Pizza is amazing! I love the thin crust, the sauce, the cheese! mmm delicious! When you order a pie, you also get a free 2-liter of soda. They definitely know how to make a good pizza. My family always orders from here when we don’t feel like cooking one night or if we have friends over. ^^

the pizzaria pinos is close to my house and has alot of great pies. their specialty pies are great, lnb style squares, chicken marsala, buffalo chicken pies, chicken franchaise just to name a few favorites. they have really good rice balls also, crispy crust outside and creamy rice with great sauce and meat flavor inside. great food if you know what to order ! hope this helps.

Was out here for an adventure at the nearby ghost ships in Arthur Kill and stopped here for a slice. Really, nothing special, although there’s not much else around so it could come in handy. The dough was about a centimeter thick, the sauce was overly pungent and oregano-scented and the cheese was nothing to write home about. Don’t go out of your way to come here, unless the ghost ships rouse your hunger.
