It was an absolute nightmare dealing with Danielle Ciaramello on the phone. Very nasty. I would never use this rehab center because of her. What an absolute mess. Her manner is very unprofessional and RUDE. She had a power trip. She caused nothing but confusion and acted like a pure know-it-all.

Choosing this place for my husband was the biggest mistake of my life!!! It may rank #1 by the state for cleanliness and low bedsore ratings, but the medical and rehab are the worst. They made horrible decisions that caused my husband to become all contracted and get an abscess and eventually cost him his life. If I would have put him somewhere else, he would be alive today!

This is the worst facility ever! Please investigate this place thoroughly before you put your loved one here. When my dad was admitted there for rehab a few years ago, it was wonderful. He was happy and comfortable. Shortly after we admitted him as a full time resident, we saw things we were not happy with and started complaining. That was our worst mistake. The staff, with the exception of the fourth floor, treated us with a lack of respect, the most condescending attitude imaginable, and were extremely defensive. The worst, they took it out on my dad. He was forced off the forth floor by the cruelest doctor and put on a dementia unit, where day after day he was left in his bed and filthy, laying in his own waste. When he was out of bed in the dining room, it was not much better. Last year, as he was declining rapidly, I insisted he be taken to the emergency room and was refused. His breathing was labored and he looked awful. I contacted the administrator after being denied by the staff on the third floor and my calls were redirected. Finally I was assured by the head doctor, he would be evaluated and not to worry. Foolishly, I once again believed them. He was taken to the emergency room three weeks later. He was given an overdose of his antidepressant and became unresponsive. The two EMS attendants who bought him in, urged us to investigate the circumstances surrounding my dads overdose. They gave him an antidote in the ambulance and he came around, but was unable to fight off the septic infection and bronchitis that he more then likely had when they would not take him to the ER. He lapsed into a coma two days later and passed away a week later. I had a lawsuit against this facility but dropped it since it was such an emotional time for us. Of course the state found no wrong doings here. This happened last year, December 27th. I have pictures of how emaciated he became, the voicemails of the very frantic doctor the night he overdosed my dad, and of course, the medical records. I should have moved him to another facility, but foolishly, I thought the staff was on their toes since we popped in unannounced so many times.
