Buyer beware, they sell used vaporizer as new. One of the vaporizer I purchased stopped charging after 3 days. They refused to take it back or give me a new replacement. I would not purchase anything from this shop.

I was intimidated when I first stepped in but the guys at this shop were friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was fast and they were not up selling us, which is always appreciated. They helped us set up our hookah, which we had bought a decade ago. They instructed us on use and gave us tips. I’m so pleased to have found them! Please bring your hookah supplies to your Bulls Head/​Willowbrook location :)

Last minute tobacco store run an I found this spot I was excited bc I love my hookah supplies, walked in last night around 8:30 to a cloud of vaporized smoke an a few gentlemen just hanging out near the counter. Nice employees very helpful. There blueberry hookah was delicious, there selection isn’t much but what they have is decent flavors. Parking lot was very crowed since its like a mini mall. Overall I’d definitely come back again. Thanks guys

WOW! Talk about customer service!!! This place is the best hands down! I have been to several shops and now i found one that knows their products. Let me tell you the wealth of knowledge is impressive. Always quality products no fakes! If you are not sure don, t be afraid to ask the staff. They will look out for your best interest because they want you to come back, and not just a one time deal like many other smoke shops. When you walk in its a welcoming and friendly environment. This place has a decent selection for all smoking accessories, however sometimes entering this place depending on the staff present, it doesn’t put out a very professional vibe. Also their prices are alittle expensive, while shopping for a specific vaporizer they were priced 20% more then other local shops.

This was the spot I walked into the day I quite smoking. I walk in and walked out with a great starter setup and haven’t smoked since then
The store is tucked in on the second floor in a corner of this strip mall and it was we’ll lit easy to see but parking can be a pain due to the stripmall being busy but within few mins you’ll have a spot or just park on the street around the corner.
So when you pull up and walk into the store you kinda get the feel of a Cali skate shop upbeat and a positive vibe very laid back and relaxed
they carry a large selection in inventory so as a noob it can seem a bit overwhelming. But with the help of lil simon i sampled a bunch of premium ejuices and some different setups and for me that was a good thing i was able get what i wanted and not feel like I settled for something and being that staff was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the in’s and out’s were for the world vaping that i was about to enter.
they explained everything from ejuices to vaperizers coils etc. So for me that was extremely helpful and knowledge that little Simon shared I was able to take that and continue being smoke free

Best smoke shop in NYC! Great customer service so I good I drive a hour and a half just to go there. They have a great stuff for all your smoking needs. And there cotton candy is the best I ever tasted

i go to this place and only this place for my vaping/​ecig needs.
the selection is bar none.
juice: so many juices you wont know what to do with yourself, and they’re constantly getting more. they have a tasting bar so you can try most of them (there’s just so many you cant expect them to have them all out). they have house blends to the highest end craft stuff (five pawns, vaping rabbit)
mods: best selection of mods, from ego batteries to VV/​VW devices to AUTHENTIC high end short run handmade mechanicals. nowhere else have i seen such a selection of authentic mods, especially on the island.
service: incredible. everyone in there knows everything you would ever need to know. don’t be afraid to ask questions because everyone there really knows their shit, and is happy to help you, they’re all really into vaping so they like to talk about everything. they will help you set up your new tank/​RDA or whatever it is you just blew a paycheck on and show you how to do it on your own. something broken or wonky? bring it in an they’ll help you fix it or figure out what you’re doing wrong.
they don’t have the xyz123 you’re looking for? they can probably find it for you. go in and hang out for some bullshit, watch some hockey and make friends, they’re good people to know
best part? they have a rewards/​points system, so everything you buy gets you points which count for money towards that authentic mod you oogle every time you’re in there sampling new juices.
they also have a huge selection of hand blown glass pieces for dry herbs and wax, as well as herb vaporizers including the pax (which i’m told is the best). cigarettes, cigars for rolling, papers, stashes containers grinders, everything!
my only gripe with this place is the parking, the restaurants downstairs valet and clog up the lot, however LMAE has a reserved spot with a sign if you can get in

Great little shop on Staten Island. Pretty good selection on e-​cigarettes. I started vaping beginning of November, and I’ve been relying on online forums and shops to learn and buy all my supplies. It’s good to know that there’s a place I can run to here in Staten Island, rather then having to go into the city if I need something and can’t wait for the mail. Guys in the store seemed pretty knowledgeable, although I didn’t have the time I really wanted to devote to looking around in there (husband and kids were in the car). They were vaping with rebuildables, which is great because I’m looking to take a step into rebuilding my own coils soon. Had a few Russian 91 and Kayfun clones for a decent price that I may pick up. Also had some popular Innokin devices like the iTaste VV v3 and the MVP 2 (great devices for anyone looking to step up from typical ego batteries) and the more advanced 134, VTR, and Coolfire series. Couple of mech mods as well, but I didn’t have time to check out which batteries they have and their quality.
Good selection on e-​liquid, although a bit pricey in that area. Picked up some anyway to support one of the few, local, brick and mortar shops I’ve been able to find here. Only reason they’re getting 4 stars rather then 5 is because they don’t have a tasting bar, although they will let you smell the flavors. It would be great if they just kept a couple of cartomizers or cheap CE line clearos filled with one of each flavor and had a tester ego. I get it though. E-​cigs are not their focus. What they carry there however is far more then your average, ordinary, smoke shop.

First of all if you’re looking for a smokeshop or any type of retail store with top notch customer service by far the owners of Life made alittle easier make it really easy for this place to quickly become your favorite place to spend money. The prices are either equal or better than anywhere I’ve seen in all their stuff. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING. Even spray paint and markers for graffiti dudes and even some high end Jordan sneakers. The Glass pipe and Rigs section was very well put together with tons to choose from at very reasonable prices. BOTTOM LINE IS I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. The only negative to me Is I find myself there when I should be at work lol. SO IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR YOUR FRIENDLY SMOKESHOP HANGOUT That has great people and great product all you have to do is go there once and like me you’ll be addicted to LIFE BEING MADE ALITTLE EASIER.

Was on vacation in NY and stopped by this shop to pick up some vape products, this store has the best selection and prices in NY and very helpful and knowledgeable staff, will be definitely stopping buy next time I am in town and need any supply’s.

This is a smoke shop that has everything you need for you Hookah needs. They have some very unique gear and accessories. They also sell cigarettes. Electronic Hookah and cigarettes. Very knowledgeable staff. This will be my place to go when I run out of coals or flavors and I dont want to take a trip to the city.
