I only gave this store 1 star bc I had to. I bought a watch from the Staten Island mall store on Black Friday. The day after I had to return to the store bc the watch stopped working. They told me they had to send it out for repair. Today is January 14^th and I still don’t have the watch I spent $ 200 on! I’ve called the store and spoke to the store manager, Fernando and every time I talk to him he promises to call me back. He has never called me, not once. Then I spoke to the assistant manager, Dennis who also has never bothered to pick up the phone and call me back. I’ve reached out to the ‘corporate’ contacts as well and they basically have said oh well, tough luck. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Don’t ever buy a watch from this company, never mind this store.
