Omg what an amazing place. I priced around before I came in and every other place was 100 – 200 more for the same product. The staff is so helpful and knows so much about the products they sell. The eye exam was so thorough and the doctor was very nice. I got my first pair of progressive glasses and was not disappointed. Will definitely be back for more glasses. You can’t beat their pricing, frame selection and friendly staff.

The best prices hands down and the staff is so helpful, they really know which frame fits your face and frames to stay away from. In addition, I purchase all my designer sunglasses here they are lower priced than all other glass stores and even Macy’s. For a quick efficient help for glasses I would defiantly recommend I’ll be seeing you as my go to store.

Well I read the reviews here prior to going to my appointment yesterday and was bracing for a tough time. My wife made the appointment previously so out of convenience I followed through. I arrived with my two girls and was greeted by a super friendly women. She took all our info and was very professional. She chatted nicely with my little ones and made us feel welcome. We waited about 3 minutes and were quickly escorted to the exam room. The doctor was great with the kids and gave us all a thorough exam. Afterwards we picked out frames with the help of staff and didn’t feel pressured by up sells. I have to say it was a really pleasant experience. Maybe they got rid of the bad apples because now the staff is terrific.

Not happy with the service. Doctor was great every other part of the service after the exam was just plain incompetent and rude.

I came here for an eye exam and for new contacts. All went ok up until me never receiving a call that my contacts have been in. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and was told I would get a call in 5 days. Finally, I call to verify and they say that the contacts have been in for days. Would have been nice for someone that works there to follow up and CALL ME! Aside from this, I will give them another shot.

A friend suggested I try them out for a contact exam and it was a great experience. They were very friendly and patient. I left with contacts and hope to never wear glasses again! Thanks again.

Avoid this place! My husband & I bought glasses here & were overcharged hundreds of dollars. Had to get our insurance company involved to get charges reversed. This, plus the snotty attitude we were met with when we returned to the store to have the charges reversed sent us looking for another place to purchase glasses.

I really dont know why i come here. I think its a matter of long time convenience. This will def be the last time. Ive been using contacts for 16 yrs, the same product. I was told i had to have a exam in October to get contacts, well i said okay. They must employee the crappiest drs. They have no clue what they are doing. They told me that my product no longer exists and that they need to give me something else more expensive. of course! So i bought a 6 month supply. I noticed I was having problems with the new more expensive contacts so long story short i called the manufacture and got them replaced all they had to do was verify my prescription to get my new contacts (my old product). What a task that was like i asked them to give up their first born. Finally i got my new contacts in the mail (which i took care of it) which they never discontinued which ill be seeing you lied about. Last thing i had to do was bring back my remaining contacts i was having a problem with to them. Well when i arrived the whole staff which consisted of the dr and two girls were all huddled talking. They got upset because we walked in, we were greeted nastily with yea! So i explained the situation and omg its like i explained my thesis on astro physics. She replied, Well i cant help you what do you expect me to do. Um possibly do your job perhaps? I hope the bosses look at Unilocal and realize they have such unprofessional employees working for them, driving all their long time customers away.
