History

Established in 2001.

ICB Enterprise Corp. is a family owned and operated HVAC company based in Staten Island, New York.

In 2001, owners Michael Ferrugio and Josetta Ferrugio-​Ribaudo started the company in Brooklyn, New York. ICB handles service and installations in all areas of HVAC for New York City, including Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx, as well as New Jersey. For 13 years, ICB has been providing clients with honest, reliable, and professional workmanship in the heating, air conditioning and energy management fields. Michael and Josetta directly oversee daily operations and employ highly skilled servicemen who are trained to assist with any inquiries regarding products, services and warranties.

From 1976 through 2001, Michael and Josetta’s father, Michael Ferrugio Sr., owned and operated a mechanical HVAC company in Brooklyn, New York called Thermo Dynamics Inc. Thermo Dynamics Inc. performed new construction mechanical projects throughout the NYC area.

Business Owner

Michael Ferrugio is owner of ICB Enterprise. Michael has over 30 years experience in the industry.

Beginning in 1986, Michael worked as a project manager for the HVAC renovation and new construction projects.

Throughout the years, Michael also spent time in the parts department, working his way up to an office position in the estimating department. He gained extensive knowledge of the vendors, materials, and subcontractor relations. In 1997, Michael became V.P. of operations at Thermo Dynamics and was responsible for running daily business functions.

Josetta began working in the family business as an assistant to the V.P. She gained her HVAC business experience in bookkeeping, billing, accounts payables, accounts receivables and other areas of office management throughout her years with the company since 1987.
