I really don’t know how this place is being rated anything less than 4 stars. It’s exactly what you would expect from a burger joint.
I will start with the service, the servers are always kind and patient. I am a very picky person so I like my food to be exactly how I like it which usually causes an issue where ever I go. Even though my cheeseburger order is probably simpler than most my orders, I have never had an issue with them making any mistake.
The actual taste of the food is great. The burgers are juicy and always cooked just right. The fries are awesome and even better with the malt vinegar. And for those that enjoy it, they have free peanuts!
The décor of the place is ehh. Nothing over the top but it works and I really don’t have any complaints about it.

Five guys is a pretty solid burger place. I always order the same burger: little cheese burger with ketchup mayo and mushrooms, and it’s delish! I always get the little fries cause anything after that is too much for me! One of my favorite things about five guys is that they always make the Fries to order.
The only reason why I’m giving them 4 starts instead of 5, is because of their prices. I’m spending 13 dollars on a burger, fries and a drink? Granted it’s good food but still, could be better on the price.

What can I say? I’m totally addicted to this place. It’s a little on the pricey side if you’re feeding 4 for a fast food burger joint. Until you see them preparing fresh uncooked burgers to order. For me, there’s no beating that, and it’s worth the money. They offer a lot of free toppings, even extra cheese at no additional cost. Their fries are awesome and they always add extra to the bag. They provide plenty of napkins. The burgers get messy with all those goodies piled on. LOL. If you try to compare them to Chee Burger Chee Burger, you can’t. Five Guys BLOWS them away in my opinion!!! All they need now is killer shakes!!!

Very disappointed with this place almost $ 10.00 for a bacon cheese burger 2 small patties they are small and very thin
They taste ok
I like the concept but very disappointing When you get here to eat
I had to ask for more bacon they only give u 1 piece of bacon split in half
Don’t think I will be coming back here to again
The burger taste good
But portion size is too small for the Money

I had their Little Cheeseburger (one patty) and a Little Fry. The burger was good and so were the fries. I’m not overly excited about it, I’ve had better. The LCB and LF cost $ 9.02 with no drink so I thought that was kind of expensive. I’ll definitely have Five Guys again, but I’ll see what else is around first.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about, and why there are lots of them around the city.
It’s a greasy burger, plain and simple. People you can make one yourself at home by throwing a slab of fatty chop meat in a pan.
The only difference here though is that it will cost almost $ 20 for a burger fries and soda. Yes they have small burgers and fries, but what adult eats a little burger and little order of fries unless you have dinner plans later on.
I think it’s crazy that you have to order fries separately when most times fries come with a burger. The soda costs $ 2.79 so you are actually paying for that second refill if you drink it or not. That’s too much for a soda in a fast food place.
Yes the food is tasty but then again when isn’t a greasy hamburger and fries tasty when you cover it with salt and ketchup?!
A family of 4 would cost about $ 50 to eat burgers and fries here. Take that money instead and take your family out to a nice restaurant!

Don’t get me wrong the place does have good burgers but it sure aint worth the price! Very pricey for a burger and everything else is seperate from the fries to the soda and you gotta order your sides on it like a basic lettuce and tomatoes. The workers were pretty nice but I just don’t think the prices are worth it at all. Not my style to pay almost $ 12 for a small meal that I can pretty much get at other fast food joins, YES its the best burgers around but there small and to get an extra patty it cost you an extra $ 2 and thats not cool. I enjoy the fries the most there good especially cajun style. The most annoying part is how long the wait is to receive your order and if this place is packed you will be there for a good hour before you get to enjoy your meal. I would not mind not going here and not a place I would want to crave or wanna go to that bad.

I know that 5 Guys is fast food, but the burgers that I ordered were extremely greasy. I brought the burgers home, and after I took a few bites, I noticed a big hair in the cheese. Never eating here again.

Went with my girlfriend to have dinner there since i was staying at my dads house
We waited nearly 12 minutes for our food… The place was not even that busy so there was no excuse we had to wait as long as we did…
The dining area had tables that needed to be cleaned and the employees did not start cleaning in this area until after we were finished eating…
It is bad enough they have rip off prices as it is but I have experienced better at a few other Five Guys locations in New Jersey…

Burgers, fries and a free style coke machine– what more could you want?!
Five Guys makes great burgers and you can choose which fresh toppings you’d like. I recommend getting the little burger. The regular burgers are two patties and a little too heavy for my taste. The fries are delicious. Again, I recommend getting the little order, which really is enough for two people to share. They basically give you a bag full of fries. The fries are made with peanut oil and you can taste the difference– in a good way. While we were here, someone came over and asked how everything was. Later on, someone came by and cleared our trash for us. Very nice, especially for a fast food joint. And did I mention the free style coke machine?! Awesome!

Five guys is ok. There’s not much to write about. The burgers are juicy but a juicey charbroiled/​grilled burger is the way to get my attention and $$$. Otherwise it’s overpriced. I will say the girl behind the counter was great she helped my girlfriend out beyond what was necessary. Excellent customer service on her behalf. From re-​cooking her food for cross contaminating pork products w/​the veggie burger. No complaints and was done on her own. She didn’t hide it or take a chance serving it to her. The soda machine is great. The best dispenser I’ve seen. Free peanuts doesn’t mean prices can be equated to make you think there free. All in all it’s an ok place.

Im so happy this place is open its right by my house they are reasonably priced they give you big burgers not like other places. The burgers are great. I made the mistake of ordering the double burger and adding a ton of toppings which are free but i ended up finishing the whole thing. Lol they are fresh and not greasy which im so happy about. The fries are awesome. They have a really cool soda machine. Ive already been back a bunch of time love this place!
