Enchanted Designs, Balloons and More was started in 2005. We are a division of Kiddie Wonderland Party Center Inc. Since the first day we opened, we have been creating cherished memories for our guests. While our style and skills have evolved dramatically, our commitment to perfection always stays the same. As party decorators, we make sure your event is unforgettable and will be «the talk of the town» long after it’s over! As the only Certified Balloon Artist on Staten Island, the owner, Yelena, and her team will create a unique and memorable design to make your affair dazzling!

History

Established in 2005.

We have started doing balloon designs as part of our children entertainment center. Soon after, Yelena, the owner, found a real liking to the world of event décor and this division was created. She has obtained her Certified Balloon Artist certification, as well attended numerous courses, in balloon, event and fabric designs. Having been exposed to best instructions and techniques, as well as natural talent for event décor, gives us a chance and skill to make your event unforgettable!

I have a passion for event décor that always makes me want to crate new, unusual designs, incorporating many various media. I love creating personalized designs that will not be seen elsewhere. At the same time, i will always consider the given budget to work with and listen to the clients requests. I always concentrate on quality and personal attention to make each event just as unique as the person it celebrates.
