I love Dr. Emma, but I have serious issues with some of his staff. They cancel & change appts on me without even contacting me. During one visit I was charged for a service because as it turned out the desk woman just didn’t want to update my insurance info. Always a long wait. But dr. Emma himself is great. His staff though, clearly has no desire to work and or do their jobs properly and professionally.
