If I could put zero stars I would! This is the most awful company ever! DO NOT EVER USE THEM! We are moving from CT to CA and used this company to ship our car. They told us it would be 7 – 10 days. On the 9^th day, after not hearing anything I called them and they said the car would be delivered tomorrow and directed me to their west coast office. I called there and they told me it would be another week! I told them I had already spoken to someone who said they would deliver it tomorrow and they asked to put me on hold while they looked into it. I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes !!!
Fast forward to a week later and they are actually delivering the car and then tell us it’s going to be another &259! On top of that the driver starts giving us a hard time that we aren’t in the right location and it’ll be another $ 50! Still waiting for the car …
Never, ever use this company!

Horrible place, takes your deposit and RUNS !
Left a deposit and scheduled a time to have the car picked up and they were NO SHOWS! When called them to get a refund we got through to the secretary in which she said SERGE will get back to us, WHICH HE NEVER DID! When called from a different phone number, they did not pick up, BUT SOMEONE CALLED BACK FROM THEIR OWN PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER, in which again they said SERGE would get back to us and HE NEVER DID! When we called the personal phone number, our calls were IGNORED!
VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!
KEEP AWAY !!!

Not honest with customers.
Lied to get me to sign contract and lied about requirements to truck driver.
Upon asking about it, he said contract is signed and now cant refund.
Wouldnt do business with people who lie to get customers and lie to move things forward.
