I have read the previous reviews and I am just shocked! I have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue.
For starters the location is great! Easy to get to and has a parking lot. The actual salon is clean and the staff friendly.
I go to Helena and have always been more than satisfied! I now have my entire family going as well. She is amazing with manicures and eyebrow waxing. My manicures always last me two weeks with her where everywhere else my nails start to chip after a few days.
The prices are average, same as any other salon on Staten Island! Apparently it seems this place is a hit or miss but it is definitely a hit for me. I suggest trying it out for yourself as you may end up loving it like I do!

Nasty employees. Always feels like they rush you and make you feel like an inconvenience. Sometimes will move you around to different people which is annoying. They Nickel and dime you for everything too. Some things they use seem dirty.

This place is horrible! They treat you like crap when you don’t come back for service every 2 weeks or if you want something other than a basic manicure/​pedicure. And the girl who sits in the 2^nd last booth on the left side completely screwed up my eyebrows when she waxed them. And when I confronted her about it, she pretended not to see anything wrong with them and charged me for the waxing anyway.

I used to drive 45 minutes and pay the $ 13 toll from jersey to Staten Island just to go here. Now I live and Staten Island. Been coming here since 2009. Daisy (owner) is the best. My nails always look beautiful coming out and they are the best with pedicures. My main girl is Chi. I come in with these crazy pictures and she doesn’t the. Exact and better. Fantastic. I tell my fiancé every time I go in that I’m going into heaven! No joke definitely recommend this place. Prices are good and well worth it! Clean and awesome staff.

Came here for a last minute quick manicure and pedicure, they have a public parking lot which is good right in a mini little plaza. The place was not packed at all which was good and its a nice clean nail salon. I like the pedicure area its got curtains to make it private and the chairs are comfy.
My nail tech was Elana she was nice and I liked her, and her designs on her toes that she had. I enjoyed my little mini spa day BUT then the big down fall was that when I was removing my gel polish I had my nails soaked in a box with the acetone and when they went to remove it the paint off the box made a huge stain on my sweats and shirt that CANT COME OUT! I was pissed! & they had said it was my fault because I must of spilled the acetone, no its your fault, I am the customer and don’t remember spilling anything on me, so that just irked me but they were super nice to me after, typical. CUSTOMER SERVICE MOST IMPORTANT!
The nail polish lasted that night, I think they put to much acetone in there polish which eventually makes the polish weak. I wont go back unless I really need it!

Horrible horrible horrible service… I went in for a silk wrap and the guy did a horrible job. He rushed everything and it looked sloppy. Then he sent me to another lady to do a flower design and she did a horrible job. After my nails dried up, I looked under it to find a gunk of mess, when I asked them to fix it, they gave me an attitude before they cleaned it. I will never ever ever step foot in there again!!!
