History
Established in 1992.
COAHSI was founded in 1992 by working artists and arts administrators who regarded a local arts council as an essential tool in community cultural development. COAHSI’s programs include Arts-in –Education, Grants & Awards for the Arts, Technical Assistance and Professional Development Services, and Community Outreach and Audience Development Projects.
