They STEAL parts. Avoid them. As suspected the motherboard of my HP Pavillion laptop was dead and it wasn’t worth it to have repaired. They gave me an outrageous estimate so i declined and paid the diagnostic fee. I decided to salvage the parts. I open up the laptop and the hard drive and the RAM cards are gone. They stole the 500GB Hitachi HDD(hard drive) and left the useless 15GB factory recovery drive in the bay(see photo). Laptop came with two HDDs. And they stole TWO after market 4GB Kingston RAM memory card I installed and replaced it with a cheap no name brand 2GB card. Of course they denied it and said it «might’ve been a defective» part. If you had your device repaired here there is a good chance your expensive factory components were stolen and you walked out w cheap defective and potentially unsafe parts. Avoid them at all costs.

This shop was recommended to us, and now I see why: they diagnosed and fixed my computer in two days. Marlon kept me updated with phone calls each step of the way, and explained everything, answered every question I had. We will definitely be going here again with any other computer issues.

They fixed my problem on multiple occasions and the work on my computer was excellent. I will always go back to these guys for any computer repair i need done. The pricing is fair and the work is done in a professional manner. Heres my list of the best people at this store and if you hear one of these names on the phone or in person there you are dealing with experts: Jamey, Joe C., Joe R., Patrick, Mike, Mark, and Jim. I have spoken to each of these people both on the phone and face to face and each time i never had a bad experience with them. Jamey is the owner, joe and joe used to be the main guys but i think they left sadly according to another employee at the store. I highly recommend CPU for your computer needs!
