I enjoy bringing my son here. It’s never packed every time I’ve come. He enjoys the toddler section and food comes pretty quick. For those that love to shop, if you have someone to watch the kiddies, this location is perfect. Getting here from anywhere is quick and simple.

What can I say it is Chuck E Cheese, not the Waldorf. I see a lot of complaints from those who attended a child’s birthday about the food, atmosphere and understandably so but the place is geared for kids and the Kids LOVE it. My daughter loves the place. It is OK in my book because it makes my daughter so happy. Generally we go at off times when there is hardly anyone there and we don’t eat there so it is okay for a fun time. I do agree with the reviewers that commented about the costume, give that mouse so new threads already!!! A half fallen off eyeball on the main mascot of the place does not make for a good time :(

Bad chuck e cheese. This location is messy and disorganized but actually still the best chucky cheese closest to us but still messy & disorganized lol. This chuck e cheese location is disorganized & filthy. The food is not good. I know it’s a place for kids to enjoy but they should be more organized and have better food. Their pizza is dry and flavorless, their salad bar looks unsanitary, and their wings are flavorless and barely edible. The kids entertainment is boring and outdated. I think the chuck e cheese mascot was missing an eye. Parking is always accessible at this location which is good. The only thing good about this chuck e cheese location is that they are located across from an Asian supermarket which I love.

My sister in law had her daughters birthday party there and I personally skived the whole thing. The food looked like it was put through a garbage disposal before it was served. Everything was dry and looked DIRTY. Also they have a weird cup situation… you have to hold on to your cup or if its lost you basically out of luck for a drink. Personally at a kids party between running after kids and 20+ people at a table, you are bound to lose a cup or two. The staff is friendly and at lest the girl who was«hosting» or party was incredibly sweet and truly loves children.

My sister had my nephews birthday party here, very bad experience! First off there was 3 parties goin on when i first walked in i seen all the tables had blow up microphones set up except my nephews when we asked the lady she told us she dora everything at the end but it was pretty embarrasing being that all the other parties had that set up. Then she brings out the ice cream with no spoons when we told her she came back with them and slammed them on table. So basically the server sucked and made my nephews party horrible

Attended a birthday party today. I walked in with my friend and her son. We all got stamped with our safety number. For those of you not familiar with this, Chuck E Cheese stamps each adult and child with the SAME invisible number stamp and you are not allowed to leave the establishment with a child if your numbers do not match. My friends husband came in after us with their baby and got stamped a different number for him and the baby. End of party… husband goes out to get car, mom is gathering up gifts, I take baby and head for the exit. Girl at door where there is a rope stopping you from leaving shines the light on my stamp, then on baby’s.the numbers don’t match, she does it again and says to me did you two come in together, I day yes(now wanting to test this process), she looks at the stamps yet a third time, shrugs her shoulders and says oh well go ahead. and lets me leave with the baby. Great job Chuck E Cheese I’m glad it was me that was leaving with my god daughter and no some psycho.

Nice place to take your family for an affordable«stay-cation» kind of day. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their pizza was. We ordered the sausage pizza and got the salad bar just in case we were still hungry. When we paid for our food, we were handed the standard purple plates for the salad bar. The salad bar items themselves were delicious and fresh, however the salad bar area was untidy, and I did see several children helping themselves to croutons and diced ham. Given, they did use tongs, but c’mon, the salad bar was right next to the register and no one said anything to them. So I proceed to get my salad with my purple plate and an employee approaches me from behind the salad bar and says«Ma’am, if you want salad, you need to pay for it», to which I replied that I already had. She then asked to see my receipt. I’m standing there with my son, being accosted at a salad buffet over $ 6.99. I show her my receipt, and she bluntly stated«Well, the salad plates are black, you should’ve asked for one». She retrieved a black plate from right next to the register(the cashier didn’t think I would have an issue with the salad police??), and silently handed it to me. I took a deep breath, amidst the screaming, running chaos that is an indoor arcade, and transferred my Cobb salad to the ‘black’ plate. When I looked up, the rude employee was gone, no «sorry about that» or anything. Whatever. I stewed for about five minutes over my pizza and salad before I realized how fun some of the games looked. After eating, we all got right into the action and played the drag racing games, basketball and football shooting games, deal or no deal, water shooting, and even a simulated roller coaster ride(similar to the ones that are $ 10 at Coney Island), along with to many more to mention. They usually close at 11 p.m. on the Saturday we went, but they let us, as well as several other families there, stay until we cashed in our tickets, well past 11:15, with no rush to get us out. If it weren’t for that rude employee, I would give this place five stars, but other than that, we had a blast and the food was great.

Having had a bad experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in the Bronx, I decided to give this one a shot! I was pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the Staten Island location. We were immediately greeted at the door, stamped, and ordered food. We received our tokens and went to play! The food came quickly and was decent. I noticed staff cleaning up the salad bar area and sweeping the floor and the restrooms were clean. We will be back to this location.

Outstanding experience. I wish they still had the full animatronic band. I used to dance to them for hours at a time.

We had an early party at 11AM so I was surprised by how clean the place looked and this location is also very large with lots of things I have not seen at other locations. They have a nice large area for small kids so my toddler enjoyed the many rides and the soft play equipment. My 14 and 11 year olds had a blast at the arcade games, winning tons of tickets and exchanging them for prizes. Cost-wise, it’s pretty good, you can bring 3 kids here, buy them 150 tokens for $ 30 and then have peaceful 2 hours to yourself to sit and relax. The food of course, is not gourmet, and some of the stuff looked like it was straight reheated out of Costco bag, do you think that kids care? They had so much fun, we could not leave the place. Certainly a great place to take kids on a rainy day.

Pizza was the WORST I have ever tasted. Not event my toddler would eat it! We went there for a birthday party. She loved the puppets and the games of course. But all I saw was dirty floors and a staff that looked so unhappy to be there, not that I could blame them!

I am a fan of the games and rides Chuck E Cheese’s offers for the kids. You can be here for hours wondering around and playing with kids. My only problem with them is the food. Why? Why does it has to be so bad?

When I heard my nephew’s birthday party was going to be at Chuck E. Cheese’s, I had visions of neon yellow cheese and feared for the worst. However, I must admit the food wasn’t the stuff of nightmares, it was the animatronic mascots that could only come from fevered hallucinations that scared me. For the intended target, namely my nephew, it was probably the greatest place ever. For imprisoned adults, the pizza was edible(thankfully not neon yellow) and it was a couple hours of bizarre entertainment.
