Meet the Business Owner

ettore M.

Business Owner

Ettore grew up in the restaurant & catering business starting as a dishwasher at 12 years old. He then went on to to cook, bartender and serve at a few select restaurant & catering halls in Staten Island.

After graduating college with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Finance, Ettore started chez vous caterers from his home in 1986. In 1988 he purchased the Historical Edgewater Hall and renovated all 4 floors. The first floor is a classic Victorian Elegant space. The second & third floors are industrial style lofts with outdoor decks and great views of the Verranzano Bridge. All three floors are exclusive spaces enjoyed by our clients.

Over the last 20 years, Ettore has purchased several buildings and renovated them, creating several restaurants, bars & a Catskill Mountain Inn www​.catskill​moun​tain​inn​.com. Today chez vous operates Edgewater Hall & Shandelee Lake Inn & caters at your location of choice. More than just a caterer, chez vous is a complete party planning service.
