Cabinet Factory

Had my kitchen done in 2011, my floor started coming up immediately. It has been fixed 3x and still coming up. Now, tiles are cracking. Have called them repeatedly in the past and I never get a call back. Another contractor was on hand when they were tiling and told them that they were not laying it properly and they told him to be quiet and that we wouldn’t have a problem with their work, needless to say they were wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. Now, the only way to fix problem is to rip out the WHOLE KITCHEN.

Buyers ! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they started by coming to our home in December 2012 after Sandy. Owner Mike measured the space gave us his price and that was the last time he ever visited the job site. Its July and the job is still not finished.

Buyer Beware… Do not purchase cabinets from this company. The designer we used was terrible in planning the design. Then she convinced us to use their installers costing more than an installer of my own, saying if something goes wrong, our installers will know how to handle the problem. The installers were horrible. They made a hole in my wall, and would not fix it, my husband had to do it. The mouldings were not glued properly and eventually separated. The microwave was installed and was crooked. They had to come back so many times… and the installer subcontracts the work out to inexperienced workers. They left shavings and dirt in the drawers when they left. Some of the cabinet doors were not hung properly. For what I paid the installer, the work should have been perfect. very disappointed… go elsewhere.
